Indonesia which is given special attention with the development of HIV/AIDS that is showing an increasingly alarming trend, where the number of HIV/AIDS cases continues to rise as well as potential Its transmission is expanding;
b. that establishing coordination, working mechanisms and systems
HIV/AIDS countermeasures with District/City in the clear Riau Islands Province, required consolidation, integration and singkronization of the program;
c. that the prevention policies and HIV/AIDS countermeasure

BAB I
provisions UMUM
Article 1

Article 5
(1) In order to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and STIs in the Province

e. Public awareness of basic health care, referrals and private and private visitors can prevent the spread of HIV infection as well as to protect its staff and workers;
f. carrying out the standard screening of HIV over all blood, blood fraction, and body tissue donned to others;
g. carrying out epidemiological surveillance of HIV, AIDS, IMS and Behavior Surveilans.
(2) The Prevention of HIV/AIDS and Other Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Article 7

OFFICER SERVICES
Article 8

Article 9

BAB IX
INQUIRY
Article 15

BAB X
SANCTION ADMINISTRATION
Article 16
(1) The violation of the Code of Laws

CRIMINAL provisions
