Back REGULATION of the PRESIDENT of INDONESIA number 22 in 2007 ABOUT the CHANGES to the PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 95 in 2006 about the ORGANISATION and the WORK ENVIRONMENT in the VERTICAL INSTITUTIONS the MINISTRY of FINANCE with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that, in order to further enhance the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of finance in particular concerning customs and Excise in the region as well as to improve the Organization of the Ministry of Government so that it can run smoothly in order to succeed, and the Sepik, viewed Presidents Regulations need to change about the Organization and the Working Environment in the Vertical Institutions Department of finance;

., ,3. Presidential Regulation No. 9 of 2005 about the position, tasks, functions, Organization, and the work of Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia as it has several times changed the last presidential regulation Number 94 in 2006;
., ,4. Presidential Regulation No. 10 in 2005 about the Task and Organizational Unit Echelons I Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia as it has several times changed the last presidential Regulation number 17 in 2007;
., ,5. Presidential regulation Number 95 in 2006 about the organisation and the Work Environment in the Vertical Institutions Department of finance;
DECIDED:.,, define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION CONCERNING CHANGES to the PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 95 in 2006 about the ORGANIZATION and GOVERNANCE of AGENCIES WORKING in VERTICAL ENVIRONMENTS DEPARTMENT of FINANCE.
Article I some provisions in the regulations President Number 95 in 2006 about the Organization and the work of Institutions in the Environment Department of finance Vertical, as follows:.,, 1. The provisions of CHAPTER III of article 18 to 23 with article entirely changed so that reads as follows:.,, "CHAPTER III VERTICAL INSTITUTIONS DIRECTORATE GENERAL of CUSTOMS and EXCISE Section 18 instances of Vertical Directorate General of customs and Excise is composed of : a. Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise;

b. Office of the Main Customs and Excise Service;

c. the Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise.

The first regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise article 19 regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise Directorate General Vertical Institutions are customs and Excise under and is responsible to the Director General of customs and Excise.

Article 20 Territorial Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise has the task of carrying out the coordination, technical guidance, control, evaluation and execution of tasks in the field of customs and Excise in the region it works based on legislation.

Article 21 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 20, the Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise organizes functions:, a.., control and evaluation of the implementation of the customs legislation and customs;
.,, b. implementation of the grant of technical guidance, technical surveillance, and solving problems in the field of customs and Excise over the operational units in the regional authority;
.,, c. control, evaluation, and implementation of the granting of permission and facilities in the field of customs and Excise;
.,, d. implementation of research over objections to the designation in the field of customs and Excise;
., e., evaluation, control and execution of the pengkoordinasian intelligence in the field of customs and Excise;
., f. pengkoordinasian, evaluation and control of the implementation of patrol operations and prevention of violations of laws and regulations, penindakan, and investigation of crime customs and Excise;
.,, g. control and monitoring of the follow-up results of penindakan and investigation of crime customs and Excise;
., h., planning and execution of audit and evaluation of the results of the audit in the field of customs and Excise;
. pengkoordinasian, i., and implementation of data processing, presentation of information and reports in the field of customs and Excise;
., j., control, management and maintenance of facility operations and firearms Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise;
. pengkoordinasian, k., and implementation of supervisory duties and performance evaluation; b. implementation of the administration of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise.

Article 22 in one or several provinces may be formed of 1 (one) or more than one (1) Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise based on organization analysis and workload.

Article 23.,, (1) Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise consist of 1 (one) Piece and at most four (4) fields.
.,, (2) section consists of at most three (3) Subsections, and each field is composed of at most 9 (nine) sexy.
The second part of the main Ministry Office of the Customs and Excise Section 23 A Major service of the Office of the Customs and Excise Directorate General Vertical Institutions are customs and Excise under and is responsible to the Director General of customs and Excise.

Article 23 B of the main Ministry Office of customs and Excise has the task of implementing the service and supervision, research over the objections of the audit as well as in the field of customs and Excise in the areas of its competence on the basis of legislation.

Article 23 C in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 23 B of the main service Office, customs and Excise organizes functions: a. implementation of technical services in the field of customs and Excise;.,, b. implementation of services and facilities in the field of licensing to customs and Excise;
.,, c. implementation of the grant guidance compliance, consulting and information services in the field of customs and Excise;
.,, d. implementation of voting and administering import duties, taxes, and other charges charged by the Directorate-General;
.,, e. implementation of intelligence, patrol, penindakan, and investigation in the field of customs and Excise;
.,, f. implementation research over objections to the designation in the field of customs and Excise and the completion of the administration of the Affairs of the appeal;
.,, g. planning and execution of audit and evaluation of the results of the audit in the field of customs and Excise;
., h., acceptance, storage, maintenance and distribution of documents of the Customs and Excise;
.,, i. implementation of data processing, presentation of information and the report of the Customs and Excise;
., j., management and maintenance of the means of operation, means of communication, and firearms; k. oversight of implementation and evaluation work;

b. implementation of the Administrative Office of the Main Customs Service.

Article 23 D In one or several provinces may be formed of 1 (one) or more than one (1) Main Ministry Office of the Customs and Excise based on organization analysis and workload.

Article 23, e., (1) the main Office of the Customs and Excise Service consists of one (1) Piece and at most 10 (ten) fields.
.,, (2) section consists of at most four (4) Subsections and each field is composed of at most 7 (seven) sexy.
.,, (3) in case it is needed, in Subsections can be formed, and in the Affairs of the section can be formed Subsections.
The third section of the Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise section 24 the Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise Directorate General Vertical Institutions are customs and Excise under and is responsible to the head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of customs and Excise.

Article 25 the Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise has the task of carrying out the supervision and service in the field of customs and Excise in the areas of its competence on the basis of legislation.

Article 26 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 25, the Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise organizes functions: a. implementation of technical services in the field of customs and Excise;.,, b. implementation of awarding licenses and facilities in the field of customs and Excise;
.,, c. implementation of voting and administering import duties, taxes, and other charges charged by the Directorate-General;
.,, d. implementation of intelligence, patrol, penindakan, and investigation in the field of customs and Excise;
., e., acceptance, storage, maintenance and distribution of documents of the Customs and Excise;
.,, f. execution of data processing, presentation of information and the report of the Customs and Excise;
.,, g. Management and maintenance of the means of operation, means of communication, and firearms; h. the oversight of implementation and evaluation work;

i. implementation of the Administration Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise.

Article 27 In one or several provinces may be formed of 1 (one) or more than one (1) Office of supervision and the Ministry of customs and Excise based on organization analysis and workload.

Article 28.,, (1) the supervisory Office and the Customs and Excise Service consists of one (1) Subsections and at most 15 (fifteen) sexy.
.,, (2) in case required, in Subsections can be formed, and in the Affairs of the section can be formed Subsections. "

2. The provisions of article 51 is amended, to read as follows: "article 51,,.,, (1) the head of a regional office and Head Office of the main Customs Service is extended structural Echelon IIa.

Article II this presidential Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
