Section 23
In one or multiple provinces may be formed 1 (one) or more than 1 (one) of the Customs Service Office of Customs and Excise based on organizational analysis and workload.

Section 23.
.,, (1) The Primary Service Office of the Customs and Excise consists of 1 (one) Section and at most 10 (ten) fields.
.,, (2) Parts consist of at most 4 (four) Subsections and each Field is made up of at most 7 (seven) Section.
.,, (3) In terms of required, on Subsections can be established Affairs, and on the Section can be formed Subsection.

Supervising Office and Customs Service

Section 24
The Office of Oversight and Customs Services is the Vertical Instance of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise who is below and is responsible to the Chief Office of the Directorate General of the Customs and Excise Directorate.

Section 25
The Office of Oversight and Customs Service has the duty of carrying out surveillance and services in the fields of pabeeness and excise in its area under the laws.

Section 26
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 25, the Office of Oversight and Customs Service organizes functions:
a. the execution of technical services in the field of pabeeness and excise;
., b. Implementation of services and facilities in the fields of pabeeness and excise;
., c. the implementation of the poll and administration of customs duties, excise duty, and other state levies levied by the Directorate General;
., d. Intelligence, patrol, oppressor, and investigation in the field of customs and excise;
., e. acceptance, storage, maintenance and distribution of customs and excise documents;
., f. Implementation of data processing, presentation of information and reports of paeness and excise;
., g. Management and maintenance of operating facilities, communication facilities, and firearms;
h. supervision of job execution and job evaluation;
i. implementation of the administration of the Oversight Office and the Customs Service.

Section 27
In one or several provinces may be formed 1 (one) or more than 1 (one) Office of Supervision and Customs Service based on organizational analysis and workload.

Section 28

Article 23 A
The Office of the Main Service Customs and Excise is the Vertical Instance of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise which is below and is responsible to the Director General of Customs and Excise.

The Customs and Excise Service Office has a duty to carry out services and supervision, research on objections and audits in the fields of pabeeness and excise in its area under the laws.

a. the execution of technical services in the field of pabeeness and excise;
