REGULATION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA INDONESIAN PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 23 in 2007 ABOUT the BENEFITS of RISK SAFETY and HEALTH HAZARDS in the CONDUCTING of the SEARCH and RESCUE for CIVIL SERVANTS in the ENVIRONMENT of the NATIONAL SEARCH AND RESCUE AGENCY by the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the civil servants who are appointed and commissioned in full on the environment of the National Search And Rescue Agency in performing search and rescue stewardship not only prosecuted the high responsibility but also constantly exposed to the risk of safety and health hazards on himself so that needs to be compensated; b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and in order to improve the quality of the work, achievements, dedication, and spirit work for civil servants who are appointed and commissioned in full on the environment of the National Search And Rescue Agency, viewed Presidents need to set Rules about Allowances Risk safety and Health Hazards in the conducting of the search and Rescue For civil servants in the Environment Agency National Search And Rescue; Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945; 2. Government Regulation number 7 in 1977 on the regulation of salaries of civil servants (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 11 in 1977, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3098) as has been modified several times, the last by Government Regulation No. 9 of 2007 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 25 of 2007); 4. Government Regulation No. 9 of 2003 about the authority of appointment, transfer, and dismissal of civil servants (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 15 in 2003, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4263); 5. Government Regulation Number 36 in 2006 about the search and Rescue (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 89 in 2006, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4658); Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION on ALIMONY RISK SAFETY and HEALTH HAZARDS in the CONDUCTING of the SEARCH and RESCUE for CIVIL SERVANTS in the ENVIRONMENT of the NATIONAL SEARCH AND RESCUE AGENCY. Article 1 in regulation this President is: 1. Risk allowance of safety and Health Hazards in the conducting of the search and Rescue For civil servants in the environment of the National Search And Rescue Agency or National SAR Agency shortened the hereafter with the perks of organizing the SAR is the allowances given to civil servants who are appointed and commissioned in full in the national SAR Agency environment in accordance with the provisions of the legislation as a form of compensation for the impact of safety and health hazards in the exercise of stewardship Search and rescue. 2. Conducting a search and rescue SAR or simply is a series of activities in one unified system, seeking help, and save the human soul is missing or feared missing or face peril in the voyage and/or accident of flight, or a disaster or other disaster. Article 2 to the civil servants who are appointed and commissioned in full in the national SAR Agency environment in accordance with the provisions of the legislation are given allowances conducting SAR every month. Article 3 (1) Conducting SAR Allowance referred to in article 2, are given based on the level of impact of safety and health hazards that are accepted civil servants in the SAR Agency Environment National in carrying out the stewardship of SAR. (3) Facilitation of organization of SAR as stipulated in article 2, are given for each level of risk impact of safety and health hazards that are set based on the value of as follows: a. the impact of safety and health hazards risk level I with a value of 900 up to 1000; b. the impact of safety and health hazards risk level II with a value of 800 up to 899; c. impact of safety and health hazards risk level III with a value of up to 700 799; d. impact of safety and health hazards risk level IV with a value of 600 up to 699; e. the impact of safety and health hazards risk level V with a value of 500 up to 599; f. impact of safety and health hazards risk level VI with a value of 400 up to 499. Article 4 (1) the determination of the value for public servants in the national SAR Agency environment for each level of the Organization of the allowances based on the value assigned the SAR civil servants in question obtained from the results of the calculations of the value of each assessment factor as follows: a. risk factors the danger of organizing the SAR; b. factors working period.
