REGULATIONS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 23 YEAR 2007

ON RISK BENEFITS FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH IN

HOSTING SEARCH AND ASSISTANCE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE SEARCH AND RESCUE AGENCY ENVIRONMENT NASAS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that public servants who are appointed and assigned

DECIDED:

SPECIFIES: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE BENEFITS OF SAFETY AND HEALTH HAZARDS IN THE HOLDING OF SEARCH AND ASSISTANCE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE NATIONAL SEARCH AND RESCUE ENVIRONMENT.

Article 1

In this Presidential Regulation is referred to: 1. Safety And Safety Hazards Risk Allowance

The Search and Help for Public Employees in the National Search And Rescue Agency or the National Search and Rescue Agency (National Search), which is called the "benefits" of the National Search and Rescue Agency. The event of a SAR is an allowance that is provided to a public servant who is installed and assigned in full in the National Search and SAR environment in accordance with the provisions of the laws as a form of compensation for the risk of risk safety and health in performing the task of hosting the search and Help.

2. Search and rescue is a series of activities in a system of systems to search, rescue, and save lives of lost or lost lives or face danger in the event of a voyage. and/or flight, or any other disaster or disaster.

Section 2

To a public servant who is appointed and charged in full in the National Search and Rescue Agency environment in accordance with the provisions of the laws provided Hosting and Search and/or IBM's use of the IBM Cloud Service.

Section 3

(1 The implementation of the SAR as referred to in Article 2, is provided based on the level of risk of safety and health hazard received by civil servants in the National SAR Agency environment in carrying out the task of hosting the SAR.

(2) The execution of the SAR hosting task as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the coaching, hardening, and control activities of the SAR, the execution of SAR, and the execution of the initial followup and the SAR operation.

(3) The allowance of the SAR, as referred to in Section 2, is provided for each level of risk of safety and health hazards specified under the following value: a. impact risk of safety and health hazard levels

I with a value of 900 to with 1000; b. the risk of safety and health hazard risk

II at 800 to 899; c. impact risk of safety and health hazard level

III with a value of 700 to 799; d. risk of safety hazard risk and health level

IV with a value of 600 to 699; e. impact risk of safety and health hazard levels

V with a value of 500 to 599; f. impact risk of safety and health hazard levels

VI with a value of 400 to 499.

Section 4

(1) The value of value for civil servants in the National Search and Rescue Agency environment for each level of the allowance of the SAR is specified by the value of the concerned civil servant obtained from the result the sum of the value of each of the judging factors as follows: a. Risk factors for the risk of a SAR; b. Working-term factors.

(2) The value of each assessment factor as referred to in paragraph (1) is as set forth in Appendix I of this Presidential Regulation.

(3) More provisions on the terms of assessment and assignment. value for public servants in the National Search and Rescue Agency environment for each level impact risk of safety and health is governed by the Head of the National Search and Rescue Agency.

Section 5

(1) The allowance of the holding of SAR according to risk of safety and health hazard risk as referred to in Article 3 verse (3) is as set forth in Appendix II of this Presidential Regulation.

(2) The allowance of SAR Alignment as referred to in verse (1) is given as of January 1, 2007.

Section 6

Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance, the Head of the National SAR Agency, and the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and separately. According to the fields of duty

Article 7

The rules of the President begin to apply at the designated date.
