Establits: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE PROTOKOLER OF THE PROVINCE OF WEST PAPUA PROVINCE.

BAB I

provisions UMUM Article 1

In This Region Regulation are referred to: 1. The Central Government, subsequently called the Government, is the President

Republi Indonesia which holds the power of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.

2. The Regional Government is the organizer of government affairs by the local government and the Regional People's Representative Council according to the principle of autonomy and the duties of the master's duties with the principle of the autonomy of the vastness in the system and principles of the State of the Republic. The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is the Council of Representatives (DPRD) as referred to in Law No. 22 of 2003 on Susunan and the Occupation of the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Regional Representative Council, and the Council of Representatives. 21. The Regional Leadership Consultative Forum (Muspida) is a Consultation Forum at the Provincial level consisting of the Governor, Pangdam/Danrem, Kapolda, Kejati, and the Chairman of the High Court can be equated, at the Regency/City level is composed of Bupati/Mayor, Commander of Kodim, Kapolres, Kajari, and the Chairman of the State Court.

ASAS AND PURPOSE

Section 2

TATA RESPECTS

First Section of the Respect Form

Section 4

(1) Respect is given to State Officials, Government Officials

c. Provincial Regional Secretary, Member Of DPRD, Assistant Provincial Secretary, Provincial Secretary Of The Provincial Head Of The Provincial Office, The Bureau-Bureau Of Provincial Secretariat, Of Certain Public Figures;

d. Bupati, Mayor and Chairman of the DPRD County/Kota; e. Officials of the Indonesian Government, POLRI, Intance Vertikal; f. Officials of the Regional Government at Eselon II b.

(2) The layout as referred to in paragraph (1) may be adjusted to events that are not official events, and/or correctional events;

Article 8

Article 9

The order of the Leadership and Members of the DPRD in the official event organized by the Regional Government is held in the Provincial Capital as follows:

a. Chairman of the DPRD with Vice Chairman of the DPRD on the left of the Governor, the Deputy Governor with the members of the Muspida next to the Governor's Right;

b. Members of the DPRD, the Regional Secretary, are placed in conjunction with other Local Government Officials who are as level as the Assistant Regional Secretary, the Head of the Service, the Agency and the Bureau, the Sturuktural Officials and other areas of the level of the other regional morale.

Section 10

The layout in the DPRD meetings as follows:

Article 12

Article 13

Article 14

Fourth Section of the White Red Banner Nationality

Article 15

I. GENERAL EXPLANATION

Law Number 22 of 2003 on Susunan and Occupation of MPR, DPR, DPD, and DPRD and Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government has confirmed that the DPRD is a representative institution of the people region and its seat as an organizer of the Local Government.
