Establits: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE PROTOKOLER OF THE PROVINCE OF WEST PAPUA PROVINCE.
BAB I
provisions UMUM Article 1
In This Region Regulation are referred to: 1. The Central Government, subsequently called the Government, is the President
Republi Indonesia which holds the power of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
2. The Regional Government is the organizer of government affairs by the local government and the Regional People's Representative Council according to the principle of autonomy and the duties of the master's duties with the principle of the autonomy of the vastness in the system and principles of the State of the Republic. The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is the Council of Representatives (DPRD) as referred to in Law No. 22 of 2003 on Susunan and the Occupation of the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Regional Representative Council, and the Council of Representatives. 19. Government officials are officials who occupy Structural positions within the department and or non-department agencies.
20. Officials of the Local Government are the officials who occupied the Structural Office in the Regional Government environment of West Papua Province.
21. The Regional Leadership Consultative Forum (Muspida) is a Consultation Forum at the Provincial level consisting of the Governor, Pangdam/Danrem, Kapolda, Kejati, and the Chairman of the High Court can be equated, at the Regency/City level is composed of Bupati/Mayor, Commander of Kodim, Kapolres, Kajari, and the Chairman of the State Court.

36. A special plenary meeting is the Council Meeting of the Regional People's Representative Council of West Papua, led by the Chairman or Vice Chairman to discuss matters of special nature;

ASAS AND PURPOSE
Section 2

First Section of the Respect Form
Section 4
(1) Respect is given to State Officials, Government Officials
Regions and Other officials as well as certain public figures in the region of West Papua province in accordance with the Post and/or its rank respectively;

(1) The order of the place as referred to in section 5 is set up as follows: a. Governor, Speaker of the House; b. Deputy Governor, Pangdam/Danrem, Supreme Commander Of The Union
Force, Kapolda, Chief High Prosecutor, High Court Chief Vice Chairman Of The DPRD, Higher Education Rector;

c. Provincial Regional Secretary, Member Of DPRD, Assistant Provincial Secretary, Provincial Secretary Of The Provincial Head Of The Provincial Office, The Bureau-Bureau Of Provincial Secretariat, Of Certain Public Figures;
d. Bupati, Mayor and Chairman of the DPRD County/Kota; e. Officials of the Indonesian Government, POLRI, Intance Vertikal; f. Officials of the Regional Government at Eselon II b.
(2) The layout as referred to in paragraph (1) may be adjusted to events that are not official events, and/or correctional events;
(3) In the event of certain officials and public figures to be present at the official event or a ceremony, its place cannot be filled by the official representing except for the official who is a representative instead of representing;

Article 8
Order of the place for the husband or wife of State Officials, Officials Regional governments and other officials and certain public figures in the region of West Papua are in accordance with the Office and/or their respective positions.
Article 9
The order of the Leadership and Members of the DPRD in the official event organized by the Regional Government is held in the Provincial Capital as follows:
a. Chairman of the DPRD with Vice Chairman of the DPRD on the left of the Governor, the Deputy Governor with the members of the Muspida next to the Governor's Right;
b. Members of the DPRD, the Regional Secretary, are placed in conjunction with other Local Government Officials who are as level as the Assistant Regional Secretary, the Head of the Service, the Agency and the Bureau, the Sturuktural Officials and other areas of the level of the other regional morale.

Article 14

(3) the order and requirements of the awarding of the honor mark as referred to in the paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2) is further determined by the Board of Honor.
Fourth Section of the White Red Banner Nationality
Article 15

I. GENERAL EXPLANATION
Law Number 22 of 2003 on Susunan and Occupation of MPR, DPR, DPD, and DPRD and Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government has confirmed that the DPRD is a representative institution of the people region and its seat as an organizer of the Local Government.
