DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON RESEARCHER FUNCTIONAL OFFICE BENEFITS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Researcher Functional Office Allowance, which is subsequently referred to as the Research Allowance, is a functional office allowance given to a civil servant who is appointed and assigned to the President of the United States. In full within the Functional Office the Researcher corresponds to the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To Civil Servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Functional Office, are given the Research allowance every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Research allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in this Presidential Regulation Attachment.
Section 4
.,, (1) The researchers ' improvement as referred to in Article 3, given count began on 1 January 2007.
.,, (2) Since the start date of the allowance as referred to in paragraph (1), for Civil Servants who have received a Research allowance based on the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2006 on the Researcher Functional Office Allowance, To her is only given the difference in a lack of research
Section 5
For civil servants who occupy the functional position of a researcher who is a structural position in the environment of government agencies whose duties are closely related to the field of research in accordance with the provisions of the laws, provided only one structural or functional office allowance is advantageous for the concerned.
Section 6
The Researcher is not allowed to use the Cloud Service for the following: the provisions of the laws.
Section 7
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 8
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2006 on the Researcher Functional Office Allowance, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 9
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
