WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that the granting of a Visiting Visa When the Arrival is one of the ease required for foreigners to enter the territory of the State of the Republic of Indonesia;
., b. that in an effort to further enhance the arrival of international tourist arrivals, it is necessary for the addition of granting of Visa Visa facilities upon arrival for citizens of certain countries;
., c. that based on consideration as referred to in letters a and letter b, need to establish the Rule of the Minister of Law and Human Rights on the Eighth Amendment to the Decision of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Number: M-04.IZ.01.10 2003 on Visa Visiting During the Arrival;

.,, SET: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS ON THE EIGHTH CHANGE TO THE DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHTS NUMBER: M-04.IZ.01.10 OF 2003 ON A VISIT VISA UPON ARRIVAL.
Section 1
The Decision of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Number: M-04.IZ.01.10 Year 2003 On Visa Visiting During the Arrival, which has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number: M. 06.IZ.01.10 Year 2006, changed as follows:
