ABOUT

BUDGET REVENUE AND REGIONAL SPENDING YEARS 2008

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

GOVERNOR OF EAST KALIMANTAN,

DRAWS: A. that to carry out the provisions of Article 181 paragraph (1) of the Law No. 32 Year 2004 of the Local Government as amended by Law Number 8 of the Year 2005 on Establishing The Rule Of Successor Government Ordinance Number 3 2005 On Change of Law Number 32 of the Year 2004 on the Government of the Regions to Act, the Regional Chief filed a Regional Regulation Design on Budget and Regional Shopping (APBD) to the People's Representative Council. Regions (DPRD) to obtain mutual consent;

b. that the Regional Regulatory Plan on Budget and Regional Shopping (APBD) submitted as referred to in the letter a, is the embodiment of the Local Government Work Plan 2008 outlined in the general policy of APBD as well as the priority and plaphone of the budget which has been mutually agreed between local governments with the DPRD on September 1, 2007;

c. that based on consideration as intended on letter a and letter b, need to set the Regulation Area on Budget Revenue and Regional Shopping of East Kalimantan Province of the Year Budget 2008.

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE REVENUE BUDGET AND

SHOPPING AREA YEAR OF BUDGET 2008.

Article 1

Budget and Regional Spending of the Budget Year 2008 as follows: 1. Regional Revenue Rp. 4.043.869.881.000.00 2. Regional Shopping Rp. 6.607.313.825.148.00 (-) Surplus/ (Deficit) (Rp. 2.023.443.944,148.00) 3. Area Financing:

a. Revenue Rp. 2.080.443.944.148.00 b. Expenditure Of Rp. 57.000.000.00

Article 2

(1) The Regional Revenue as referred to in Article 1 consists of: a. The original revenue was Rp. 1.257.530.200,000.00 b. Rebalancing of Rp. 2.783.139.681.000.00 c. Other-other valid area revenues of Rp. 3.200,000.00

(2) The Regional Original Revenue as specified in paragraph (1) the letter a consists of a type of income:

Article 6

The governor establishes the Regulation on the Penance of the Revenue Budget and Regional Shopping as the operational cornerstone of the implementation of APBD.

Article 7

The rules of the Regions begin to take effect on the date of the promulgations, and the power ebb since 1 January 2008. In order for everyone to know it, order the invitational of this Area Regulation with its placement in the section of the East Kalimantan Provincial Area.
