ABOUT THE PAY REGULATIONS OF THE GENERAL JUDICIAL JUDGES,
JUDICIAL GOVERNANCE OF THE STATE, AND THE RELIGIOUS JUDICIARY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

That in order to increase the purpose and outcome of the Justice of the Public Justice, the Judiciary of the State of the State, and the Judicial of Religion, need to change the principal salary of the General Judicial Judge, the Judicial of the State of the State, and the Injustice of the Religion. as set forth in the Government Regulation Number 10 of the Year 2007 on the Fourth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 8 of 2000;
., b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Fifth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 8 of 2000;

.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE FIFTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 8 OF 2000 ON THE PAY REGULATIONS OF THE GENERAL JUDICIAL JUDGES, THE COURTS OF STATE ENTERPRISES, AND RELIGIOUS COURTS.
Section 1
., 1. Change Appendix II of Government Regulation No. 8 of 2000 on the salary of the General Judicial Judge, the Court of State Enterprises, and the Religious Judiciary (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2000 Number 16) as has been four times amended by Regulation. Government:

So as to be as set forth in the
Attachment of this Government Regulation.
2. The provisions as referred to in figure 1 are valid since 1 January 2008.
Section II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
