WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that based on Presidential Regulation No. 14 of 2007 on the Mud Sidoarjo Governing Body has been set up the organizational structure and work of the Sidoarjo Mud Board of Governing Bodies;
., b. that in order to improve the quality, achievement, engagement and spirit of work and support the operational agility of the implementation of the Sidoarjo's Mud Board, is seen as necessary to provide financial and facility rights. others for the Chief Managing Board, Deputy Head of the Managing Board, the Secretary of the Managing Board, and the Deputy Managing Board on the Sidoarjo Mud Board of Governing Body with the Presidential Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, Set: A PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON FINANCIAL RIGHTS AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE GOVERNING BODY, THE ACTING DEPUTY, THE ACTING SECRETARY OF THE BODY, AND THE DEPUTY ACTING BODY OF THE SIDOARJO MUD COUNTERMEASURE.
Section 1
., (1) To the Chief Managing Board, Deputy Chief Managing Board, Secretary of the Managing Board, and Deputy Managing Board on the Sidoarjo ' s Mud Governing Body are granted financial rights and other facilities.
.,, (2) the Financial Rights and other facilities as referred to in paragraph (1), are honorarium and service travel expenses.
Section 2
The magnitude of the honorarium for the Chief Managing Officer, Deputy Head of the Managing Board, Secretary of the Managing Board, and the Deputy Managing Board as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) each month are as follows:
a. Chief Managing Board: Rp 28.000.000.00
B. Deputy Head of the Managing Board: Rp 24,500.000.00
C. Managing Board Secretary: Rp 21.000.000.00
D. Deputy Managing Board: Rp 21.000.000.00
Section 3
The size of the service travel expenses for the Chief Managing Officer, Deputy Chief Managing Officer, Managing Board Secretary, and Deputy Managing Board as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) that carry out service trips, both inside and in overseas is the equivalent of the service travel fee applicable to the Eselon I officials in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
The income tax on awarding the honorarium for the Chief Managing Officer, Deputy Head of the Managing Board, Secretary of the Managing Board, and Deputy Managing Board on the Sidoarjo Mud Board are borne out by the Government.
Section 5
Honorarium for the Chief Managing Board, Deputy Head of the Managing Board, Secretary of the Managing Board, and Deputy Managing Board on the Governing Body of Mud Sidoarjo were given since the pertinate was lifted.
Section 6
The further provisions provided for the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance.
Section 7
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
