., STIPULATING: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR LIKES MAKMUE, PROSECUTOR OF THE STATE BLANGPIDIE, PROSECUTOR OF THE STATE OF WANGI-WANGI, THE STATE PROSECUTOR OF THE PUNJUNG, THE STATE PROSECUTOR OF THE FIELD, AND THE STATE PROSECUTOR OF SINGAPARNA.
Section 1
(1) Shaping the Prosecutor of State Like Makmue is based on the likes of Makmue.
(2) Shaping the State Prosecutor Blangpidie based on Blangpidie.
(3) Forming the Wangi-Wangi State Prosecutor at Wangi-Wangi.
(4) Shaping the State Prosecutor of Punjung located on Punjung Island.
(5) Shaped the Attorney General of the Aro Field in Padang Aro.
(6) Shaping the Singapore State Prosecutor at Singaparna.

.,, (2) With the formation of the State Prosecutor Blangpidie, then the Southwest Aceh Regency was removed from the Tapaktuan State Prosecutor ' s Law area.
.,, (3) With the formation of the Wangi-Wangi State Prosecutor, then Wakatobi County is issued from the Bau-bau District Attorney ' s Law area.
.,, (4) With the formation of the State Prosecutor of Punjung, then Dharmasraya County is issued from the Sijunjung District Attorney's law area.
.,, (5) With the formation of the State Attorney Padang Aro, then South Solok Regency is issued from the Solok State Prosecutor's Law area.
.,, (6) With the formation of the State Prosecutor of Singapore, then Tasikmalaya County was removed from the Tasikmalaya State Prosecutor's law area.

Section 5
The necessary financing in the framework of formation, coaching, and execution of duties, authority as well as the functions of the Prosecutor's Affairs of Makmue, State Prosecutor of Blangpidie, State Prosecutor Wang Wangi, State Prosecutor of Punjung, Prosecutor of the State of Padang Aro, and the Singapore State Attorney General are charged on the Indonesian Republican Prosecutor ' s budget.
Section 6
The assignment of type, duty, authority, function, organizational structure, and employment of the State Attorney's office of Makmue, State Prosecutor Blangpidie, Prosecutor of State Wangi-Wangi, State Prosecutor of Punjung, State Prosecutor Padang Aro, and the Attorney General Singaparna is set by the Attorney General after receiving approval from the Minister in charge of the country's apparatus of the apparatus.
