REGIONAL BANTEN PROVINCE REGULATION number 2 in 2008 ABOUT the establishment, ORGANIZATION and WORK of the SECRETARIAT of the HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES the AREA of BANTEN PROVINCE with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the GOVERNOR of BANTEN, Considering: a. that it is for the Organization of local governance, the Governor needs to be assisted by a region that can organise the whole affair of Government implemented by the local governance; b. that based on article 2 paragraph (1) and (2) the Government Regulation Number 41 in 2007 about the Organization of the device region; The order, the position, the duties of principal Organizational Device Area set with local regulations; c. that based on considerations as referred to in letters a and b need to establish Regulations on the establishment of Banten Province Area, the Organization and the work of the Secretariat of the House of representatives the area of Banten Province. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this Area Regulations is: 1. is the Area of Banten Province. 2. The Regional Secretary is Secretary of the Region of Banten Province. 8.
