PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to spur the development and progress of North Sulawesi Province in general and Bolaang Mongondow County in particular, as well as the growing aspirations of the community, are seen as needing to improve the governance of the government, the implementation of development, and public service in order to accelerate the well-being of the public welfare;
., b. that with regard to the economic capabilities, the potential of the region, the area of the region, the fullness and consideration of the social aspects of politics, social culture, defense and security as well as the increasing burden of duty as well as the volume of work in the field of governance development, and the resettlement in Bolaang Mongondow County, is seen needing to form South Bolaang Mongondow County in the region of North Sulawesi Province;
., c. that the establishment of the Southern Mongondow Bolaang Regency aims to improve service in the areas of governance, development, and society, as well as provide capability in the utilization of the potential of the area;
., d. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c need to form an Act on the Establishment of the Bolaang Regency of Mongondow South in North Sulawesi Province;

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS
Section 1
In this Act referred to:
., 1. The central government, subsequently called the Government, is the President of the Republic of Indonesia which holds the power of government of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
., 2. An autonomous region, next called the area, is a unity of the legal society that has the boundaries of the region that authorities regulate and take care of the affairs of government and the interests of the local community according to its own initiative based on aspiration People in the State of the Republic of Indonesia system.

With the formation of South Mongondow Bolaang Regency, as referred to in Article 2, the area of Bolaang Mongondow Regency is reduced with the South Bolaang Mongondow Regency region as referred to in Article 3.

Section 5
(1) The South Bolaang Mongondow Regency has the boundaries of the region:

., a., a. The north is bordered by Bintauna District, Sangkup District of Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and West Dumoga District, Sangtombolang District, Lolayan District Bolaang Mongondow District;

c. south of the border with the Gulf of Tomini; and

Section 10

.,, (8) If the submission and transfer of assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (7) is not implemented by the regent of Bolaang Mongondow, the Governor of North Sulawesi as the vice-government is obliged to complete.
.,, (9) The implementation of the transfer of personnel as well as the submission of assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (1) is reported by the Governor of North Sulawesi to the Minister of the Interior.
BAB VI
REVENUE, REBALANCING FUND ALLOCATION,
GRANT, AND THE HELP OF THE FUND
Section 15
.,, (1) District Bolaang Mongondow South reserves the right to obtain the allocation of balancing funds in accordance with the laws.
.,, (2) In the balance funds as referred to in paragraph (1), the Government allocates special allocation funds of the government infrastructure in accordance with the laws.
Section 16
.,, (1) Bolaang Mongondow County government in accordance with its nod to grant money to support the activities of the government of Bolaang Mongondow South amounted to Rp5,000.000.00 (five billion rupiah) on the year first and amounted to Rp4,000.000.00 (four billion rupiah) in the second year as well as for the implementation of the Bupati election and the Vice Regent of Bolaang Mongondow the first South amounted to Rp1,000.000.00 (one billion rupiah).

.,, (5) If the Province of North Sulawesi does not meet its interference in accordance with the provisions referred to in paragraph (2), the Government reduces the acceptance of the North Sulawesi Province general allocation funds to be granted to "Bolaang Mongondow Selatan District Government".
.,, (6) Bupati of Bolaang Mongondow South delivered a report of the realization of the use of the grant as referred to in paragraph (1) to the Regent Bolaang Mongondow.
.,, (7) Bupati of Bolaang Mongondow South addresses the account of the responsibility of the realization of the use of grant funds and aid funds as referred to in paragraph (1) and verse (2) to the Governor of North Sulawesi.
Section 17
Acting Regent Bolaang Mongondow South is obliged to do regional financial entrepreneurship in accordance with the laws.
BAB VII
COACHING
Section 18

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 21
At the time the Act is in effect, all provisions in the laws relating to the South Bolaang Mongondow Regency should be adjusted to this Act.

Further provisions as implementation of this Act are governed by the laws.
Section 23
This Act goes into effect on the promulgable date.

I. UMUM
