WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that according to the Decree of the General Meeting of the Extraordinary Stock PT Paper Blabak dated June 16, 2004, the transfer of debt PT Paper Basuki Rachmat to PT Paper Blabak became a pidebt PT Indhasana to PT Paper Blabak, a diversion of ownership the shares of PT Paper Blabak by PT Paper Basuki Rachmat to PT Indhasana and the State of the Republic of Indonesia are proportionally, and the conversion of a portion of PT Indhasana's debt to PT Paper Blabak;
., b. that the transfer of debt, the transfer of ownership of shares, and the conversion of a portion of the debt as referred to in the letter a resulted in a change in the ownership structure of the state on PT Paper Blabak, which must be established with the Government Regulation in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (4) of Law No. 19 of 2003 on the State of the State of Jo. Section 22 of the paragraph (1) of the Government Regulation No. 44 of 2005 on the System of Inclusion And Enterprise Enterprise Enterprise in the State-owned Enterprises and Limited Perseroan Enterprises;
., c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish a Government Regulation on the Change of Entitlement Structure of the State of the Republic of Indonesia on the PT Paper Blabak;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON CHANGES IN THE STRUCTURE OF OWNERSHIP OF THE COUNTRY ' S SHARES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN PT BLABAK PAPER.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia established a change in the structure of the ownership of the State shares in PT Paper Blabak, which was established under Government Regulation No. 11 of 1991 on the Takeover Form of the State Company Blabak to the Company of the Company (PERSERO) (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1991 No. 14).
Section 2
.,, (1) The Structure of the ownership of the State shares as referred to in the original Article 1 is by 2.90% (two ninety percent comma) or as much as 531 (five hundred thirty one) of shares of all the number of shares that are placed and deployed. 18,300 (eighteen thousand three hundred) shares, dived to 0.84% (zero comma eighty-four percent) or as much as 531 (five hundred and thirty-one) shares of all the total number of shares that were placed and paid for as much as 63,531 (sixty). Three thousand five hundred and thirty-one shares.
., (2) The number of nominal value of the country ' s shares as referred to in paragraph (1) is by Rp531.000.00 (five hundred thirty one million rupiah) of all nominal value of shares placed and dilated by Rp63.531.000.00 (six Twenty-three billion five hundred and thirty-one million rupees.
Section 3
Changes in the structure of the ownership of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia on PT Paper Blabak as referred to in Article 1 are further implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
