., c. that the formation of Peak County is expected to be able to foster improvement of services in governance, development, and correctional, and may provide capability in the utilization of potential areas;
., d. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c need to form an Act on the Establishment of the Peak Regency in Papua Province;

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Act referred to:
., 1. The central government, subsequently called the Government, is the President of the Republic of Indonesia which holds the power of government of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.

ESTABLISHMENT, SCOPE OF TERRITORY,
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE REGION, AND THE CAPITAL

(1) The Peak regency has the boundaries of the region:

Section 9

(7) Assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) include:

.,, (9) The implementation of the transfer of personnel as well as the submission of assets and documents as referred to in paragraph (1) is reported by the Governor of Papua to the Minister of the Interior.

BAB VI
REVENUE, REBALANCING FUND ALLOCATION,
GRANT, AND THE HELP OF THE FUND

Section 15
.,, (1) The Peak regency is entitled to obtain the allocation of balancing funds in accordance with the laws.
.,, (2) In the balance funds as referred to in paragraph (1), the Government allocates special allocation funds of the government infrastructure in accordance with the laws.

BAB VII
COACHING

Section 18

BAB VIII
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 19
.,, (1) Prior to the creation of the Regional House of Representatives, the Top Regent compiled the Draft Rules Ordinance on the Revenue Budget and Shopping Area Regional Shopping Summit for the next budget year.
(2) The Rule of the Summit Ordinance as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised after it was passed by the Governor of Papua.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 21
At the time of the enactment of this Act, all provisions in the laws relating to Peak County should be adjusted to this Act.

Section 22
Further provisions as implementation of this Act are governed by the laws.

Section 23
This Act goes into effect on the promulgable date.
