EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL COOPERATION)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Jakarta, on 30 May 2001 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Mexico Union on Educational and Cultural Cooperation (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia). the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the United Mexican States on Educational and Cultural Cooperation), as a result of the negotiations between the delegates of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Mexico;
., b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to pass such Approval with the Presidential Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
., 2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
DECIDED:
., ESTABLISHING: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO UNION ON EDUCATION AND CULTURAL COOPERATION (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA) GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES ON EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL COOPERATION).
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the United States on Education and Cultural Cooperation (
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the United Mexican States on the United States) Educational and Cultural Cooperation) which had been signed on 30 May 2001 in Jakarta, whose original manuscript in Indonesian, Spanish, and English as attached and is an inseparable part of This President ' s regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation difference between the text of the Agreement in English with the English text as referred to in Article 1, it applies to the English Approval Script.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
