MAYOR CIREBON,

Draws: a. that in order for the administration of the population registration and civil registers, it needs to be conducted with a unified, guided, coordinated and continuous publishing document publishing;

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON

HOSTING THE POPULATION REGISTRATION AND CIVIC RECORD IN THE CITY OF CIREBON.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation referred to:

1. City is the city of Cirebon.

2. The Government is the Central Government and the Government of West Java Province.

3. The Government of the City is the Government of the City of Cirebon.

4. The mayor is Mayor of Cirebon.

Section 6

BAB VI

REGISTRAR AND CIVIL REGISTRAR

Article 7

First Section of Biodata, Family Card

and Population Card

Article 11

Article 13

Paragraf 3

Family Cards

Article 16 (1) Each Family Head is required to have a Family Card.

Paragraph 4

Population Tag Cards

Article 17

Article 18

Paragraph 3 Registrations of Foreign Persons from Foreign Affairs

Article 30

changed status to a limited stay.

Article 31

Article 35
