b. Area-level inventory control is hosted by the logistics function of the Primary Command level.

(2) Activities as referred to as paragraph (1) the letter is an inventory control activity in order for the presentation of the data and to support the material coaching at the Organization Unit level.

(3) Activities as defined by paragraph (1) letter b is an inventory control activity in order for the presentation of data to support the material needs of the area in the area.

Part Both Aspects

Article 8 Aspect of the controlling aspect Materiel inventories include: a. organization; b. planning; c. execution; and d. control oversight

Section 9 of the Governing Inventory Control of the organizational aspects as referred to in Article 8 of the letter includes: a. The Central Level (UO Dephan, UO Mabes TNI and UO

Force), the organizers are executed by the logistics function.

b. The Regional Level (Main Command) is implemented by the logistics function.

BAB IV

GAZE OF AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Article 13

The order of authority and responsibility of the control of material inventories covers aspects: a. policy; b. planning; c. execution; and d. control control.

Article 14

The order of authority and responsibility on the policy aspect as referred to in Article 13 of the letter a is set to the following:

a. Dephan formulated a general policy control of material inventories in the framework of the State defense.

b. Mabes TNI formulating the principal policy control inventory of UO Mabes TNI.

c. The Headquarters of the Force formulated the technical policy of implementation of the material inventory control of each UO Force.

Section 15

The order of authority and responsibility in the planning aspect as referred to in Article 13 of the letter b consists of: a. Dephan formulated and compiled a plan, program and

budget control inventory of materiel in the framework of Binmat;

b. Mabes TNI formulating and compiling plans, programs and materiel inventory control budgets in the framework of Binmat;

c. The Force's Mabes compose a material inventory execution program in order for a presentation of accurate and valid material data.

Article 16 of the Order of the authority and responsibility on the aspect of execution as referred to in Article 13 of the letter c is: a. Dephan organizes materiel inventory control

Dephan and TNI; b. Mabes TNI:

1. Set up and coordinate the execution of a material inventory control activity conducted by the Force. and

2. carry out the inventory control activities of the TNI Mabes.

c. The Force Headquarters carrying out the material inventory control activities of each UO Force.

Article 17 of the Order of the authority and responsibility on the controlling aspect of control as referred to in Article 13 of the letter d consists of: a. Dephan carries out inventory control supervision

CHAPTER V PROVISIONS COVER

Article 18 At the time the Ministerial Regulation is in effect, all policies related to the implementation of the Materiil Inventory Control in the Department of Defense and the Indonesian National Armed Forces are declared to be in effect for the rest of the time. conflicting and/or have not been replaced under this Minister ' s Regulation.
