That in order to order the opportunity to obtain justice and the improvement of legal services to the public for the sake of solving the case with a simple, quick, and light cost, it needs to form the Oeclamation State Court, the Court of State. Pasangkayu, the State Court of Andoolo, and the Pasarwajo State Court;
., b. that under Article 7 of the Law No. 2 Year 1986 of the General Judicial Act as amended by Law No. 8 of 2004, the Court of State is set up with the Presidential Decree;
., c. that based on consideration as referred to in the letters a and b, need to establish the Presidential Decree on the Establishment of the Oeclamation State Court, the Pasangkayu State Court, the Andoolo State Court, and the Pasarwajo State Court;

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OECLAMATION STATE COURT, A PASANGKAYU STATE COURT, THE CIVIL COURT OF ANDOOLO, AND THE PASARWAJO STATE COURT.

Section 1
(1) Forming The Oeclamation State Court is based on Oeclamation.
(2) Forming Pasangkayu State Court is based in Pasangkayu.
(3) Forming The Civil Court Andoolo is based in Andoolo.
(4) Forming Pasarwajo State Court is based in Pasarwajo.

Section 2
.,, (1) The legal area of the Oeclamation State Court covers the area of Kupang County, East Nusa Tenggara Province.
.,, (2) The legal area of the Pasangkayu District Court covers the area of North Mamuju County, West Sulawesi Province.
.,, (3) The legal area of Andoolo County Court covers the area of South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province.
.,, (4) The Pasarwajo State Court Law Area covers the area of Buton County, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Section 3
.,, (1) With the formation of the Oeclamation State Court, the area of Kupang County was removed from the Kupang District Court law area.
.,, (2) With the formation of the Pasangkayu State Court, then the territory of North Mamuju County was removed from the Mamuju State Court law area.
.,, (3) With the formation of the Andoolo State Court, then the South Konawe Regency region was removed from the Kendari State Court law area.
.,, (4) With the formation of the Pasarwajo State Court, then the area of Buton County was removed from the Bau-Bau State Court law area.

Section 4
.,, (1) The Oeclamation State Court is included in the East Nusa Tenggara High Court legal area in Kupang.
.,, (2) The State Court of Pasangkayu is included in the legal area of South Sulawesi High Court in Makassar.
.,, (3) the Andoolo State Court and the Pasarwajo State Court are included in the legal area of the Southeast Sulawesi High Court in Kendari.

Section 5
.,, (1) Criminal justice and civil matter which included the authoring scope of the Oeclamation State Court which at the time of this Presidential Decree is set to be examined but has not been broken by the Kupang State Court, remains examined and broken up by The Court of Land of Kupang.
., (2) Penal Perkara and the civil matter which included the jurisdiction of the Pasangkayu District Court of authority which at the time of this Presidential Decree is set to be examined but has not been broken up by the Mamuju State Court, remains checked and distrauted by the Mamuju State Court.
(3) The criminal and civil matter which included the jurisdiction of the Andoolo Court of Justice which at the time of this Presidential Decree is set to be examined but has not been broken up by the State Court of Kendari, remains inspected and broken by State Court of Kendari.
., (4) Penal Perkara and the civil matter which included the legal sphere of the Pasarwajo State Court which at the time of this Presidential Decree is set to be examined but has not been broken up by the Bau-Bau State Court, remains checked and distrauted by the Bau-Bau State Court.

Section 6
(1), (1) the criminal and civil matter which included the authority of the Oeclamation State Court, which at the time of the Presidential Decree is set to have been filed, but not yet checked by the Court of State of Kupang, was granted to the Court. Land Oeclamation.
(2) The criminal and civil matters which included the scope of the authority of the Pasangkayu Courts of State that at the time of the Presidential Decree is set to have been filed but have not been checked by the Mamuju State Court, devolve to the Court The Land of Pasangkayu.
(3) The criminal and civil matter which included the jurisdiction of the Andoolo State Court of Justice which at the time of the Presidential Decree is set to have been filed but has not been examined by the State Court of Kendari, devolve to the Court Land Andoolo.
