WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. That in order to realize the diversity of food consumption as a basis for food security protection for improvement of the quality of Human Resources (SDM) and the preservation of Natural Resources (SDA), various efforts are needed systematically and integrated;

., b. That the diversity of food consumption to date has not yet achieved the optimal conditions, characterized by the unsuitable score of the Food Pattern Hope (PPH), and has not yet optimized the role of local food in support of the consumption of consumption. Food;

., c. that in order to achieve food consumption conditions as referred to in the letter b, need to be carried out the acceleration of local resource-based food consumption integrally and continuously;

., d. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the President's Regulation on the Accelerating Policy Of Food Consumption Based On Local Resources;

.,, ESTABLISHING: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE ACCELERATION POLICY OF FOOD CONSUMPTION-BASED LOCAL RESOURCES.

Section 1

.,, (1) Sets Out The Acceleration Policy Of Food Consumption-Based Locations Of Local Resources.

.,, (2) The acceleration policy of local resource-based food consumption as referred to in paragraph (1) becomes a reference to the Government and the Local Government in conducting planning, staging, evaluation and control. Accelerating The Diversity Of Food Consumption Based On Local Resources.

.,, (1) Further provisions on this Presidential Regulation are governed by the Minister, the leadership of the Non-Department Government, the Governor and the Regent/Mayor in accordance with their respective duties and authority.

.,, (2) The formulation of the policy as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out by coordinating with the Food Detainees Board.

.,, (3) Evaluation and acceleration of the acceleration of local resource-based food consumption are carried out by coordinating with the Food Detainees Board.
