Weigh: a. that in order to appoint a Provisional Member of the Corruption Eradication Commission as the implementation of
Article 33A of the Government Regulation Act No. 4 of 2009 on the High Change Law No. 30 Year 2002 on the Commission for Eradication Of The Corruption Criminal Corruption, it is seen that it is necessary to form a team to recommend a provisional member of the leadership of the Commission for the Corruption Eradication Commission of 2007-2011;
B. that those whose names are listed in the first Diktum of the Presidential Decree are considered capable and able to be defined as the Members of the Team in question, with the Presidential Decree.
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Setting:
FIRST: FORMING A TEAM TO RECOMMEND A TEMPORARY MEMBER OF THE LEADERSHIP OF THE COMMISSION FOR THE ERADICATION OF THE 2007-2011 TENURE OF CORRUPTION, WITH MEMBERSHIP ARRANGEMENT:
1. Sdr. Widodo A. S, Minister for Coordinating Political Affairs and Security-as the Chairman of the Members;
2. Dr. Iur. Adnan Buyung Nasution, Member Of The Presidential Advisory Board-as Member;
3. Sdr. Andi Matalata, S.H., Minister of Law and Human Rights-as a Member;
4. Drs. H. Taufiequrachman ruki, S.H. -as Member;
5. Dr. Todung mulya lubis, S. H., LL.M-as Member;
SECOND: The team has the task of recommening 3 (three) of the name of the Provisional Member While the Leadership of the 2007-2011 Governing Corruption Commission who meets the requirements as referred to in
Section 29 Law No. 30 Year 2002 on the Commission on Eradication Of Criminal Corruption Charges, to the President on October 1, 2009.
Third: The team began service from September 23, 2009, to October 1, 2009.
FOURTH: The President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
