ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS DISTRICT IN THE OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS DEPARTMENT

REGENCY OF THE ARU PROVINCE OF MALUKU PROVINCE

3. The Law of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 8 of 2008 on the Changes to the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 517 of 2001 on the Organization of the Organization of Religious Affairs (the Organization of Religious Affairs);

The Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 373 of 2002 on the Organization and the Work Tata Office of the Provincial Department of Religious Affairs and the Office of the Department of Religious Affairs/City which had been amended by the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 480 of 2003;

5. Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 3 of 2006 on the Organization and the Department of Religious Works;

Pay attention to: 1. Minister of Personnel's approval of the State of Aparatur with Letter Number: B/2538/M. PAN/8/2009, dated 05 August 2009;

2. New Aru Islands County District Ordinance 23 Year 2006 on the Establishment of the Organization and the Organizational Scope of the Government of the District of Aru Archipelago;

DECIDED: Establish: RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON

ESTABLISHMENT OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS DISTRICT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OFFICE OF THE RELIGIOUS DEPARTMENT OF THE ARU PROVINCE OF MALUKU PROVINCE.

KESATU: Shaping the District Religious Affairs Office in the Environment Office of the Aru Islands District of Maluku Province, as follows: 1. Office of Religious Affairs District Aru Tengah; and 2. Office of Religious Affairs District Aru South,

SECOND: Occupation, duty, function and function as the Office of Religious Affairs Subdistrict as referred to in Diktum KESATU guidelines on the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 517 of 2001 on the Alignment of the Organization of Religious Affairs of the District.
