DECIDED:

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PAKUAN JAYA MARKET AREA.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

(3) The Board of Regents Second (second) supervisors are performed if:

a. are able to keep an eye on the Pakuan Jaya Market PD in accordance with the work program;

b. be able to provide advice to the Directors so that PD Market Pakuan Jaya is so capable of competing with other companies;

c. is able to provide an opinion regarding future favorable effort opportunities.

Paragraph 4 Task and authority

Section 13

The Supervising Board has the following tasks:

a. oversee the operational aan annual financial plan of the area defined under the Regional Regulation on the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.

6. The Pakuan Jaya Market Regional Corporation, which is next called PD Market Pakuan Jaya, is the Regional Corporation that manages the state-owned market.

7. A market is a place designated by the Local Government as the site of thctivities of PD Market Pakuan Jaya;

b. provide the Mayor ' s opinion and advice to the appointment and termination of the Board of Directors;

c. provide an opinion and advice to the Mayor against the work program submitted by its Directors;

d. provide the Mayor ' s opinion and advice to the balance sheet report and laba/rugi;

e. provide an opinion and advice on the performance report of PD Market Pakuan Jaya.

Article 14

The Supervising Agency has the following authority:

a. Send an alert to the Board of Directors who do not perform the task in accordance with the approved work program;

b. check the directors suspected of harming PD Market Pakuan Jaya;

c. approving the work plan and budget of PD Market Pakuan Jaya;

d. receive or deny the financial responsibility and program of the work of the year running.

Article 15

(1) To help the agility of the Supervising Board ' s duties may be set up with a secretariat whose glut is composed of 2 (two) people.

(2) Any charges arising in connection with the formation of the Supervising Board Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (1) are charged to the budget of the Pakuan Jaya Market with regard to the financial capability of PD Market Pakuan Jaya.

(3) Honorarium member secretariat of the Supervising Board is set by the Board of Trusts and charged to PD Market Pakuan Jaya.

Paragraph 5 Earnings

Article 16

The Board of Regents because of its duty to receive an honorarium.

Article 17

(1) The Chairman of the Supervisory Board received an honorarium of 40% (four (2) The Secretary of the Supervisory Board receives an honorarium of 35% (thirty-five a hundred) of the earnings of the Principal Director.

(3) Members of the Supervisory Board receive an honorariun by 30% (thirty-one hundred) of the Principal Director's earnings.

Article 18

(1) In addition to the honorarium, as referred to in Article 17 to the Supervisory Board each year is given the services of the production and services of the service at the end of its term.

(2) The value of the production services and services money in service as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed by the Mayor with regard to the capabilities of the Pakuan Jaya Market.

Paragraph 6 The Pit Stop

Article 19

The Supervising Board can be dismissed for a reason:

a. at its own request;

b. Died;

c. due to health so unable to carry out its duties 3 (three) months continuously;

d. not to carry out the task and its authority;

e. engaged in the actions of harming PD Market Pakuan Jaya;

f. punitive sentences based on court rulings who have had a fixed legal force.

Article 20

(1) If the Supervising Board is suspected to do one of the acts as referred to in Article 19 of the letter c, the letter d, letter e, and the letter f, the Mayor immediately conducts the examination of the concerned.

(2) If based on the results of the examination of the Supervising Board as referred to the paragraph (1) is shown to be committed to the alleged deed, the Mayor is most long 12 (twelve) business days immediately issuing a decision:

a. a stop as a Board of Trusts for the Supervising Board that performs the deed as referred to in Article 19 of the letter c, the letter d, and the letter f;

Part Third

Directors

Paragraph 1 Appointment

Article 21

(1) The Board of Directors is appointed by the Mayor and takes precede from the private top of the Supervising Board.

(2) In terms of the candidate of the Board of Directors as referred to in verse (1) is not of private, then the pertinate must let go of the status of the Board of Directors. Its employees.

(3) To be able to be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors should meet the requirements as follows:

a. Citizens of Indonesia;

h. not a political party handler.

(4) The order of appointment and technical requirements of a member of the Board is set

by the Mayor.

Article 22

The number of members of the Board of Directors is most 3 (three) people and one of whom be appointed as Principal Director.

Article 23

(1) A person can occupy the post of Directors of most 2 (two) times the term in the same position in PD Market Pakuan Jaya.

(2) Excluded from paragraph (1) if Director be appointed as Principal Director.

(3) The tenure of the Directors is set for 4 (four) years and may be reinstalled for one (one) time of the next term.

(4) The deployment of a second (second) term as referred to in paragraph (1) is done if the Board of Directors is proven to improve the performance of the Pakuan Jaya Market.

(5) Upgrade performance as referred to in paragraph (4) among others is marked by:

a. net profit increase;

b. efficiency; or

c. enterprise development.

Paragraph 2 Tasks and Authorities

Section 24

The directors in managing PD Market Pakuan Jaya have the following duties:

a. Organize planning, lead and control activities, and conduct coordination and supervision of all the activities of the Pakuan Jaya Market;

b. take care and manage the wealth of PD Market Pakuan Jaya;

c. organizes general administration and finance;

d. Drafting a Business Strategy Plan (bussiness plan/corporate plan) 5 (five) years authorized by the Mayor on behalf of the Supervising Board;

e. assemble and deliver the Business Plan and Business Plan of the Pakuan Jaya Market Market which is the annual summation of the Business Strategy Plan to the Mayor through the Supervising Board;

f. fostering employee;

g. Build and deliver periodic reports of all activities including balance sheets and profit/loss calculations to the Supervising Board.

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PAKUAN JAYA MARKET AREA COMPANY

I. UMUM

With the Law No. 32 Year Act 2004 on Local Government, the language of the Regional Autonomy on the Governing Area was demanded to provide service to the community and attempt to be informed in the Construction financing.
