CHANGES TO THE REGIONAL REGULATION NUMBER 7 OF 2004 ON THE INCLUSION OF REGIONAL CAPITAL IN THE ESTABLISHMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA,

THE DRAW: A. that to improve the role and function of PT Bank Percreditan The People's Republic of South Sumatra in the empowerment of the people's economy, in particular the aid of the application of micro, small and cooperative efforts and increasing the competemization of the banking world, should add to the the number of capital inclusion of the Provincial Government of South Sumatra at PT Bank Percreditan Peoples of South Sumatra;

b. that in accordance with the accession of the name of PT Bank Percreditan People's Republic of South Sumatra is PT Bank Percreditan Peoples Sriwijaya Prima Fund for it to be made adjustments to the name of PT Bank Percreditan People's People of South Sumatra to PT Bank The People's Party of Srivijaya Prima Dana;

c. that to increase the number of capital inclusion as referred to in the letter a and the adjustment of the name as the letter b needs to make changes to the Regional Regulation No. 7 Year 2004 on the inclusion of the Regional Capital in the Establishment of Limited Perseroan Bank Percreditan Bank People of South Sumatra;

d. that based on consideration as indicated on the letter a, the letter b and the letter c need to establish the Regional Regulation on the Changes to the Regional Regulation Number 7 Year 2004 on the Inclusion Of The Area of the Regions in the Establishment of the Bank Limited Limited The People's Republic of South Sumatra.

Set Out: Area Regulations Concerning The IBM GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA. CHANGE IN REGULATION

AREA NUMBER 7 OF 2004 ON THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL

AREA IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BANK ' S LIMITED PERSEROAN

PERCREDITAN THE PEOPLE OF SOUTH SUMATRA.

Article I

Conditions in the Regional Regulation of South Sumatra Province No. 7

Year 2004 on the Inclusion Of Regional Modal in Establishment

Limited Perseroan Bank Percreditan People's Republic of South Sumatra

(The 2004 Area Sheet Number 3 E Series) was changed as

following:

1. The name "Limited Perseroan Bank Percreditan Peoples Bank of Sumatra

South" on the Title Section was changed to "Limited Perseroan

Bank Percreditan Peoples Sriwijaya Prima Fund", thus

subsequently in the Regulation of this Region.

2. The word Perseroan word Limited Bank of the People's Bank of Sumatra

South of which is in Article 1 of 4, number 5 and number

6 was changed to "Limited Perseroan Bank Percreditan Peoples

Sriwijaya Prima Dana".

3. Section 5 of the paragraph (1), paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) are changed so that

the entirety of Section 5 reads as follows:

Section 5

(1) The inclusion of regional capital on PT BPR Sriwijaya Prima Fund

is Rp 50,000,000,000,-(fifty billion rupiah),-

(2) The inclusion of regional capital on PT BPR Sriwijaya Prima Fund

as referred to in paragraph (1) is the wealth

of the separated regions.

(3) The inclusion of the regional capital is the same as the intended

in paragraph (1) will be done incrementally in accordance with

regional financial ability.

Article II

This Regional Regulation is starting to apply at the date of the promulgability.
