CHANGES TO THE INDUSTRY MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS
NUMBER 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 ON THE MESIN/FOOTWEAR INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM

.,, weighed: a. that in the course of the efficiency and performance of the implementation of the Footwear Industrial program, it needs to change some of the provisions as set forth in the Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 about the Program Engine Restructuring/Appliance Services
., b. that based on the consideration of the letter a, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry;
.,, Given: The Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 on the Machinery Restructuring Program/footwear Industry Equipment;
DECIDED:
.,, Setting: THE MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE CHANGE OVER THE REGULATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL MINISTER NUMBER 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 ABOUT THE MACHINERY RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM OF FOOTWEAR/FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY.
Section 1
Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/11/2008 about the Footwear Industrial/Footwear Restructuring Program, are changed as follows:
., 1. Change the provisions of Section 5 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) so that the entirety of Article 5 becomes the following:

.,, (1) the purchase price of a machine/Appliance purchase price as referred to in Section 4 is provided to the footwear industry that meets the provisions as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (2) by means of replacement (reimburse).
.,, (2) The discount is referred to in paragraph (1) of 10% (ten percent) of the value of the machine/equipment with the terms of the investment of the machine/equipment at the time of the request at least equivalent to a value of Rp500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah).
.,, (3) the Alas Foot Industry that uses domestic production machinery/equipment, with proof of the Internal Component Level (TKDN) in accordance with the provisions of the laws, is given a price piece of 15% (fifteen percent) of the engine/equipment value.
., (4) The value of the price is referred to in paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) in one year of the most Rp5 Milyar (five billion rupiah) budget per company per year.
.,, (5) The giving of price cuts as referred to as paragraph (2), paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) apply for the purchase of the machine/equipment since January 1, 2009. "
., 2. Change the provisions of Section 8 of the paragraph (1) so that the entirety of Article 8 becomes the following:

.,, (1) To optimize and precisely target the engine restructuring program/Alas Industrial equipment formed Team of the Direction and Technical Team of officials in the environment of the Department of Industry, Department of Finance, Bappenas, BKPM, Service Propinsi handles industry, Indonesian association of persexations (Aprisindo), Indonesian Leather Turtle Association (APKI) as well as other technical agencies.
.,, (2) The formation of the Engineering Team and the Technical Team as referred to in paragraph (1) are defined with the General Director Ordinance. "

The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the set date.
