APPOINTMENT OF THE ASSESSMENT AGENCY SUITABILITY IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF STANDARDS

NATIONAL INDONESIA (SNI) MANDATORY SAFETY BOOTS

DECIDED:

Establishing: INDUSTRIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF APPROVAL RATING IN ORDER THE APPLICATION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD EXERCISE (SNI) IS MANDATORY

Article 1 of the demonstration: a. Designate a Product certification institute as

listed in space 2 (two) Appendix I of this Minister Regulation to implement the Product Certification on the Insecure Shoe Industry according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) as listed in space 4 (four) Annex I is referred to.

b. Laboratory Testing as set forth in space 2 (two) Annex II of the Regulation of the Minister to carry out testing of the Shoe Product as set forth in space 4 (four) Annex II is referred to.

Article 2 (1) The Product Certification and Test Laboratory

as referred to in Section 1 must meet the requirements as a Product Certification Institution or Laboratory of Testing Accreditation by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) in time (2) The slow two years since the rule of the Minister.

(2) If in the time referred to in paragraph (1) of the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory

means unaccredited, its appointment is declared dead by law.

Section 3 of the Head of the Industrial Research and Development Agency conducts the evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 To the competency of the designated Product Certification Institute, as referred to in Article 1.

Article 4 of the Minister's Regulation shall come into effect on the promulgational date.
