THE REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCE MINISTER

DEFINITIVE ALLOCATION OF DUTIES ON LAND RIGHTS AND BUILDINGS OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT BEING SHARED

TO THE ENTIRE DISTRICT AND CITY BUDGET YEAR 2009

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TIED: that in order to carry out the provisions of Article 9 and Article 13 of the paragraph (3) of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund, it needs to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Definitive Allocation Of Duties of the Land and Buildings Central Government Parts Shared to All County and City of Budget Year 2009;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON THE DEFINITIVE ALLOCATION OF DUTIES ON LAND AND BUILDING PARTS THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WAS DISTRIBUTED TO THE ENTIRE COUNTY AND CITY OF THE BUDGET YEAR 2009.

Article 1

(1) The state acceptance of the Land and Building Rights Acquisition of the Land and Buildings (BPHTB) is divided by a 20% (twenty percent) balance of the Central Government and 80% (eighty percent) of the section.

(2) BPHTB section The Central Government of 20% (twenty percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) is divided by an equally large portion for the entire county and city.

Section 2

(1) The definitive allocation of the Central Government part of the Central Government is shared. equal to the entire county and city of the Budget Year 2009 is a revision of the Regulation Minister of Finance Number 160.1/PMK.07/2008 on the Establishing Estimation of the Customs Allocations and Building Parts of the Central Government to the Rest of the County and the City of the Year of the Budget 2009.

(2) The definitive Alocation of BPHTB section of the Central Government distributed evenly to the entire county and city of Budget Year 2009 as a whole is amounted to Rp1,192,979,709.998.00 (one trillion one hundred ninety-two billion Nine hundred and seventy-nine million seven hundred and nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight rupiah.

(3) The definitive allocation of BPHTB section of the Central Government distributed evenly to the entire county and city of the Budget Year 2009 is as defined in the Inseparable Attachment of Regulation. This Finance Minister.

Article 3

(1) The allocation of the BPHTB allotment of the Central Government Section is evenly distributed to all counties and cities carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely stage I in April, phase II on the month August, and stage III in November of the budget year running.
