DECIDED: Setting: Regulatory AGENCY ENDOWMENTS INDONESIA ABOUT The PROCEDURES For The APPOINTMENT And DISMISSAL Of The MEMBERS Of The BODY Of WAQF In INDONESIA. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in this rule is: 1. The President is the President of the Republic Indonesia. 2. Agency Endowments Indonesia, hereinafter abbreviated to BWI, is independent in the performance of his duty to develop perwakafan in Indonesia. 3. the Minister is the Minister of the organizing Affairs of the Government in the field of religion. CHAPTER II the APPOINTMENT and DISMISSAL of MEMBERS of the BWI is considered part of the appointment of members of the BWI article 2 (1) to be appointed members of the BWI, any prospective Member must meet the requirements: a. citizen of Indonesia; b. (2) in the event that it takes special skills, in addition to requirements as referred to in paragraph (1), the members of the BWI must have expertise in the areas of law, financial management, investment, and entrepreneurship. (3) each of the members of the BWI must attach: a. a cover letter; b. background information; c. the last diploma; d. copy of Resident Card (KTP) is still valid; e. the last photo is colored; f. paper about endowments; and g. affidavit of willingness to become a member of BWI. (4) in the event that the prospective member of BWI proposed by an organization, institution or agency, then in addition to attach a provision referred to in subsection (2) also attach a recommendation from the Organization, institution or agency that proposes. Article 3 (1) for the appointment of the members of the BWI, BWI forming the selection Committee.
