TATA CARA APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL OF INDONESIAN WAKAF LIMBS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA CHAIRPERSON OF THE INDONESIAN WAAF AGENCY,

Draws: that to implement the provisions of Article 55 paragraph (3) Invite-Invite Number 41 of 2004 On Wakaf need to establish the Indonesian Wakaf Agency Regulation on the Tata Cara Pengforces and the Pit Stop of the Indonesian Wakaf Agency.

Given: 1. Law Number 41 Of 2004 On Wakaf (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2004 Number 159, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4459);

2. Government Regulation Number 42 Of 2006 On The Implementation Of The Law Number 41 Of 2004 On The Wakaf (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2006 Number 105, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4667);

3. Presidential Decree No. 75 /M Of 2007 On The Board Of Membership Of The Indonesian Wakaf Agency (srp) Period 2007-2010;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATIONS OF THE INDONESIAN WAKAF AGENCY ON

TATA CARA APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL OF INDONESIAN WAKAF LIMBS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Regulation is referred to by: 1. The President is the President of the Republic of Indonesia. 2. The Indonesian Wakaf Agency, which is further abbreviated to BWI, is the institution

independent in the exercise of its duties to develop perwakafan in Indonesia.

3. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of religion.

CHAPTER II OF APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL

MEMBER OF THE BWI Section

Appointment of the BWI Member Article 2

(1) To be able to be lifted to BWI members, each member candidate must meet the requirements:

a. Citizen of Indonesia; b. Islam; c. Mature; d. Amanah; e. Being able to be physically and spiritually; f. unobstructed by legal action;

g. have the knowledge, ability, and/or experience in the fields of wakafness and/or economics, specifically in the field of sharia economics; and

h. have a high commitment to develop a national representation.

(2) In terms of special expertise needs, in addition to the requirements as referred to in paragraph (1), BWI member candidates must have expertise in the field of law, management financial, investment, and entrepreneurial.

(3) Any prospective BWI member must attach: a. cover letter; b. biodata; c. last diploma; d. Resident ID (ID) photo copy (ID) which is still in effect; e. The final image of the color; f. written work on the waqf; and g. A statement of willingness to be a member of BWI

(4) In the event of a prospective BWI member proposed by an organization, institution or body, then in addition to attaching the provisions as referred to in paragraph (2) also attach a recommendation from an organization, institution or body that proposes.

Article 3 (1) For the appointment of a prospective BWI member, BWI formed the selection committee. (2) The selection committee as referred to in paragraph (1) is formed based on

The BWI Decision Letter. (3) The selection committee as referred to in paragraph (1) is on duty:

a. announces the registration of the BWI member candidate within 7 (seven) days;

b. perform administrative selection, competency and integrity of BWI members within 15 (fifteen) days of the last registration announcement.

c. create a selection report in the term of 7 (seven) days and Put it on a full board meeting.

Section 4 (1) The complete management meeting as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (3) the letter

c chooses and sets the candidate of BWI at least 20 (twenty) persons and at most 30 (thirty) people who are from the element of society.

(2) BWI proposes a BWI member candidate who has been set by a complete caretaker meeting to the President through the Minister to be appointed to the BWI member.

Article 5 of the President appoints the BWI member candidates as per the provisions of the laws.

The Second Section of the BWI Member Stop

Section 6 (1) Members of BWI stop or be dismissed due to:

a. end of tenure as a member; b. resigned on his own request; c. passed away; d. It resides outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia; e. can no longer perform tasks continuously for 6 (six)

months; or f. Convicted of a criminal offense based on a court ruling that

has acquired a fixed legal force. (2) The BWI member ' s Pit Stop as referred to in paragraph (1)

is set through a complete caretaker meeting. BAB III

CLOSING Article 7

The things that have not been set up in this Regulation will be further arranged by BWI.

Article 8 of this Regulation is beginning to apply at the specified date.
