REGULATION OF SOUTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

NUMBER 14 IN 2010 ABOUT

LEVY PERMIT FREIGHT RIVER, LAKE AND COUNTY/CITY CROSSING

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA,

DRAWS: A. that under the provisions of Article 28 paragraph (4) of the Act

No. 17 of the Year of the Voyage, the Governor is granted

the authority to publish the pass permit of the river,

the lake and the cross-district/kota;

b. that the river, lake and pedestrian pass permit

is given in order for the management and control of

river transport, lakes and crossings and is

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

BAB V

BAB VI

VOTING AND THE DEPOSIT

Article 11

(1) The levy as referred to in Article 7

paragraph (2) does not can be degraded and applicable in accordance with

the term of the permit.

(2) The order of the implementation of a levy as

referred to paragraph (1) is specified by the Governor.

Article 13

BAB VIII

ABOLISHMENT OF RETRIBUTION

Section 14

BAB XII

CRIMINAL provisions

section 19
