GOVERNOR OF SOUTH SUMATRA,
DRAWS: A. that under the provisions of Article 28 paragraph (4) of the Act

BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1

BAB V
STRUCTURE AND MAGNITUDE TARIFF LEVY
Article 8

BAB VI
VOTING AND THE DEPOSIT
Article 11
(1) The levy as referred to in Article 7
paragraph (2) does not can be degraded and applicable in accordance with
the term of the permit.
(2) The order of the implementation of a levy as
referred to paragraph (1) is specified by the Governor.

BAB VII MASA LEVY
Article 13

BAB VIII
ABOLISHMENT OF RETRIBUTION

CRIMINAL provisions
section 19
