DRAWS: a. SET: THE RULE OF THE COUNTRY ' S PASSWORD AGENCY ON

THE DHARMA PERSANDIAN AWARD MARK.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In the Rule of the Head of the State Password Society referred to: 1. The next Persandian Dharma Award sign called Dharma

Persandian is the state award which is provided by the Head of the State Passphrase to a person of outstanding achievement and devotion to the Persandian RI.

BAB II

ASAS AND PURPOSE

Article 2

The Dharma Persandian is given based on asas: a. Exemplary, that the granting of Dharma Persandian was carried out with consideration

Article 3

BAB III

TYPE, SHAPE AND MEANING

Article 4

Dharma The persandian consists of four types: a. Dharma Persandian Utama; b. Dharma Persandian 30 (thirty) Years; c. Dharma Persandian 20 (Twenty) Years; d. Dharma Persandian 10 (Ten) Year.

Article 5

Dharma Persandian consists of 3 forms: a. Charter; b. Medals; c. The ribbon. Article 6 of the Form, size and color of the Persandian Dharma object as referred to in Section 4 and Section 5 as well as its subject matter is listed in Annex I, Annex II and Annex III of the Rule of the Head of the State Code of the country.

BAB IV

COUNCIL OF DHARMA PERSANDIAN

Part Kesatu

Occupation

Article 8

(1) This Council set up to provide consideration to the Head of State Password in the granting and revocation of the Persandian Dharma.

(2) The Board is under and responsible to the Head of the State Password Agency.

(3) The Board is located in the Jakarta.

The Second Part of Duty and Oblicity

Article 9

(1) The Task and Oblicity The board includes:

a. Examining, discussing, and verifying the proposal, as well as the obligation to provide consideration to the Head of State Password regarding the Persandian Dharma grant;

b. Examining, discussing, and verifying the proposal, as well as the obligation to give consideration to the Head of State Password regarding the repeal of the Persandian Dharma;

c. plan and establish activities in order of the granting of Dharma Persandian.

(2) In performing the duties and obligations as referred to in paragraph (1), the Council is coordinating with the Ministry/Regional Government Institute, the Professed Professed Association.

Section 10

Article 12

Article 13

b. have moral integrity and accuracy; c. aged at least 45 (forty-five) years; d. The lowest-educated S1 (strata one); e. have knowledge and understanding of Dharma Persandian; f. have received a Dharma Persandian minimum of 10 (ten) years.

Article 14

(1) The Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Board cease before his term expires due to:

a. Died; b. resign on your own request in writing; or c. dismissed.

(2) The Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Board Member are dismissed as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter c because:

a. unable to perform tasks due to fixed impediation; or

b. A prison sentence based on a court ruling that has obtained a legal force remains due to a criminal offence threatened with a prison criminal of at least 5 (five) years.

Article 15

(1) In terms of the Board Member stop before his term ends as referred to in Article 14, Chairman of the Board submitted the proposal for the replacement of the Board Member to the Head of State Password.

The Fourth Section of the Secretariat of the Council

Article 16

(1) In carrying out its duties, the Council is assisted by the Secretariat. (2) The Board Secretariat is conducted by a working unit in the environment of the Password Institution

TATA CARA SUBMISSION DHARMA PERSANDIAN

Part Kesatu

Requirements Receiver Dharma Persandian

Article 17

To obtain Dharma Persandian must be eligible: a. common; and

b. special.

Article 18

The general terms as referred to in Article 17 of the letter a consist of:

a. WNI; b. have moral integrity and firmness; c. are credited with the nation, the state, and the government in the field of Persandian; d. Good behavior; e. loyal and did not betray the nation and the country; and

f. Never been convicted of a prison sentence based on a court ruling that has obtained a legal force for committing a criminal offence, threatened with a prison criminal at least 5 (five) years.

Article 19

The Persandian Dharma Special Terms as referred to in Section 17 of the letter b are provided to the Civil Servants with the provision:

a. have worked with loyalty, high devotion, and accomplishment in the field of Persandian continuously or accumulative at least 10 (ten) years, 20 (twenty) years, or 30 (thirty) years;

b. In a continuous working period or an accumulative, the Minister of State in question has never been sentenced to a degree of moderate or severe discipline under legislation or who has never taken a leave of absence outside of the dependents. country;

c. The calculation of the work period for the Civil Servant who was once sentenced to moderate or severe disciplinary punishment since the publication of the decree that the concerned has completed the disciplinary penalty or return to work in the instance;

d. Civil servants have been appointed as a candidate for civil servants;

e. TNI/POLRI member's workforce is calculated since being appointed a member of TNI/POLRI;

f. In terms of members of the TNI/POLRI as referred to in the letter e previously on the status of civil servants/prospective civil servants, then the working period during the Civil Civil Service can be accumulated with the work of a member of the TNI/POLRI.

Article 20

Special Terms of Dharma Persandian Primary as referred to in Article 17 of the letter b for PNS/TNI/POLRI have a Dharma Persandian minimum of 10 (ten) years, provided: a. credited with Persandian duty on security operations, recovery operations

security in the turbulent area or the shortest conflict area 90 (ninety) days continuously or 120 (one hundred twenty) days in perpetual; or

b. Achievement in finding and/or developing a password algorithm, and has been applied in a password module, as well as operationalized throughout the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia; or

c. develop a State Persandian strategic concept so that it is beneficial for the advancement of Persandian.

Article 21

The special Terms of Dharma Persandian Primary as referred to in Article 17 of the letter b, provided: a. for the Home Service, for example, for the Organizational Workforce that has been credited with

in assisting, facilitating, and supporting both moril and materiel against the development of the State Persandian progress;

b. for WNI who is not a civil servant who has been credited with helping, facilitating, and supporting both moril and materiel against the development of the State of State progress;

The Second Part

Order Submission

Section 22

(1) Submission of the candidate of the Dharma Persandian recipient is addressed to the Head of the State Password of the Council.

(2) The submission of the recipient of the recipient Dharma Persandian was conducted by the Acting Officer of the Ministry/Institute, Local Government and the Leadership of the Special Persandian Field Association for the proposal of the Primary Dharma recipient.

(3) Request for a Dharma recipient candidate The (1) and (2) shall be supplemented by the least: a. list of life history or unity/instanti/organization organization in

Persandian field; b. Recommendation letter from the Ministry of Public Affairs Officer/Institute,

Local Government and the Leadership of the Office of Persandian Profess; c. The proposed candidate for the recipient of the State Employee should attach:

1. a list of records of posts in the Persandian field with a letter describing such placements;

2. Final term decision letter; 3. Rank/final decision letter; 4. A copy of the already owned Dharma Persandian charter.

d. The proposal of a prospective recipient is not a civil servant to attach a profile and a narrative of achievement in the Persandian field of at least 50 (fifty) words.

(4) If the completion of the administration of the proposal is not appropriate as it is referred to in paragraph (3), then the proposal will be processed after the completion of the Board.

(5) The submission of the application of the candidate candidate as referred to in verse (3) is delivered to the Head of the State Password most slowly at the beginning of the month of Pebruari each year.

Third Part Tata Way Verification

Article 23

(1) Board before submitting a proposal to the Head of the State Password Agency

conduct verification on the Persandian Dharma proposal. (2) Verification as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted by researching and

assessing the validity and feasibility of a prospective Dharma Persandian recipient. (3) In conducting verification as referred to in paragraph (1), the Board

is coordinating with Officer Pembina of the Central Government, Local Government and related Organization Officials.

(4) Government Officer Buyer Officials The Center, Local Government and Organization leadership as referred to in paragraph (3) are required to provide data, documents, or other information required/requested by the Board.

(5) Further provisions regarding the implementation of verification as referred to the paragraph (1) is set by the Council.

Article 24

(1) In The matter of the Council judged the granting of Dharma Persandian to meet

requirements, then the proposal was submitted to the Head of State Password as a consideration for the presentation of Dharma Persandian.

-9-(2) In regard of the Council assessing the proposal of Dharma Persandian does not meet the requirements,

then the Council is required to provide an explanation for the reasons for the Central Government, the Regional Government and the Leadership of the Organization.

(3) The Central Government, Local Government and the Leadership of the Organization of the Union as referred to in paragraph (2) may resubmit its proposal the following year.

The Fourth Quarter of the Giving Way

Section 25

(1) Granted Dharma Persandian is established with the Decree of the Head of the Institute

The State Password. (2) The giving up as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised at any year

in the Persandian Year Anniversary commemoration ceremony held by the State Password Institution or other Government Persandian Technical Unit.

(3) The Persandian Dharma grant is performed directly or indirectly to the recipient.

(4) The giving is directly performed by the Head of the State and/or appointed officials.

BAB VI

TATA CARA WEAR

Article 26

(1) The Persandian Dharma is used in official attire during the day ceremony national national

BAB VII

THE LAYOUT OF REVOCATION AND REPLACEMENT

Section Kesatu

Order Revocation

Article 27 (1) Head of the State Password Agency entitled to revoke the Persandian Dharma

granted if the Persandian Dharma recipient:

a. has no moral integrity and firmness; b. was sentenced to at least 1 (one) year criminal punishment; c. discharged with no disrespect as a civil servant.

(2) The Head of the State Password can revoke the Persandian Dharma on the proposal of the individual, Ministry/Institute, Government The area, the organization of the profession, and the community group.

(3) The revocation of the Dharma Persandian as referred to in verse (2) is delivered by the sender to the Head of the State Password Office through the Council accompanied by reason and proof of revocation.

(4) The revocation of Dharma Persandian as referred to in paragraph (2) It was first researched, discussed, and verified by the Council by considering the description of the recipient of Dharma Persandian.

(5) In conducting research and the study of the proposed repeal of Dharma Persandian, the Council requested the consideration of the Head of the Central Government, Local Government and the Leadership of the Related Organizations.

Article 28

section 30

BAB IX

provisions LAIN-LAIN

Article 31

BAB X

FINANCING

Article 32

CHAPTER XI PROVISIONS CLOSING

Article 33
