THE BASE BUDGET AND THE HOUSEHOLD BUDGET

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the Decree of the Special National Musyawarah of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 25 April 2010 in Jakarta it has been designated the Basic Budget and Budget Chamber of Commerce and Industry in lieu of the Basic Budget and the Budget of the House The Chamber of Commerce and Industry which has been passed with the Presidential Decree No. 16 of 2006;
B. that at the request of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in accordance with the provisions of the Act Number 1 of 1987 on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it is seen necessary to pass the Basic Budget and Household Budget changes and The new industry with the Presidential Decree;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945 as amended by the Fourth Amendment of the Basic Law of 1945;

Act Number 1 of 1987 of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 1987 Number 8, Extra State Sheet Number 3346);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE APPROVAL OF THE BASIC BUDGET CHANGES AND THE BUDGET OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY.
Section 1
Agreed on the changes in the Basic Budget and Budget Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Decree of Special National Musyawarah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Number Skep/008/Munassus/IV/2010, dated 25 April 2010 in Jakarta, as attached to The decision of the President.
Section 2
With the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the Presidential Decree No. 16 of 2006 on the Basic Budget Change Agreement and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Budget, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
