WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

GOVERNOR OF JAVA BARAT,

TIED: a. that communication and informatics are the subject matter of each person for personal development and the social environment and are a means of optimizing public scrutiny over the governance of good governance in the process. Administration of Local Government Management;

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE HOSTING OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation, it is referred to:

1. The area is the province of West Java.

2. The Governor is the Governor of West Java.

Paragraph 1

Master Plan e-Government

Article 8

Paragraph 1

Article 18

PARTNERSHIP

Article 20

(1) The Local Government can team up with the Government County/City in provincial-level data management.

(2) To encourage the implementation of communications technology and informatics technology, the Local Government can develop partnerships with colleges in resource development human as well as the field of communications technology and informatics technology.

(3) The Regional Government may cooperate with the Agency in the provision of telecommunication and informatics infrastructure, as per the provisions of the laws.

BAB VII

COMMISSION INFORMATION

Article 21

(1) The Regional Government is forming the Provincial Information Commission which is an independent institution and serves to enforce the provisions of the laws of the Province. the field of public information openness, and resolving disputes of public information through mediation and/or adjudication of nonlitigation.

(2) The Provincial Information Commission is located in the provincial capital.

BAB VIII

Article 22
