THE APPLICATION OF THE PARENT NUMBER-BASED SIGN CARD

NATIONAL OCCUPATION

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that for the effectiveness of electronic records on the Tag Card

SET: A CHANGE TO THE RULE OF PRESIDENT NUMBER 26. THE YEAR

2009 ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF THE POPULATION CARD

BASED ON THE POPULATION PARENT NUMBER

Article I

Some provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 26 of 2009 on the Implementation

The Population-Based Citizen Occupation Card is National, changed

as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 6 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 6

(1) NIK-based TP contains the security code and electronic recording as the verification and validation of the resident data.

(2) The electronic recording as referred to in paragraph (1) contains the biodata, the mark the hand, fitting photo, and the fingerprint of the concerned resident.

(3) The record of all of the resident 's handprints is stored in the database database.

(4) The retrieval of the entire population' s fingerprints as referred to the verse (3) performed at the time of submitting a NIK-based KTP application, with

provisions:

A. for Indonesian Citizens, performed in the Subdistrict; and b. for a foreigner who has a fixed residence permit, done in Instancy

Execuer.

(5) The resident fingerprint recording of the NIK-based KTP as referred to in verse (2) contains the left hand and finger index fingerprints

the right-resident index is concerned.

(6) The entire record The hands of the people's hands as referred to in the paragraph (3) are accessible to the parties in accordance with the rules

laws.

(7) Further provisions on the manner of fingerprint recording are set up with the Ministerial Regulation.

2. The provisions of Article 10 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 10

At the time the Presidential Regulation is set, the NIK-based ID remains in effect

and must be adjusted to the President's Ordinance at the latest the end of 2012.

Section II

The rules of the President begin to apply at the designated date.
