APPLICABLE LOCAL REGULATORY REGIONS of WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE number 5 in 2010 ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and GOVERNANCE of the WORKING AREA of SOLOK GENERAL HOSPITAL with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the GOVERNOR of West Sumatra, Considering: a. that the improved quality and coverage of health services in accordance with the demands of the community in accordance with the needs of the mandate Government Regulation Number 41 in 2007 about the Organization of the device Area, then seen the need to fine-tune the layout of work Organisation back General Hospital area of Solok Government-owned Area, West Sumatra; b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, the need to form a Regulatory Region of West Sumatra about the Organization and the work of public hospitals of the region. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this Area Regulations is: 1. The area is the province of West Sumatra. 2. Local Government is the Government of the province of West Sumatra. 3. The Governor is the Governor of West Sumatra. 4. The secretariat of the Regional Secretariat is the area of West Sumatra Province. 5. the Department of health is the Health Office of West Sumatra. 6. Regional General Hospital which is hereinafter referred to as the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL is the Solok area of Solok General Hospital belonging to the Government of the province of West Sumatra. 7.
