PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA REGULATION back NUMBER 50 in 2010 ABOUT UNIFORMED POLICE UNIT TASK FORCE (WELL-FORMED POLICE UNIT/FPU) in the PEACEKEEPING MISSION in DARFUR, SUDAN with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that at the request of the Secretary-General of the United BangsaBangsa to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through Indonesia Republic Permanent Representative in New York so that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia can participate in peacekeeping in Darfur , Sudan;
b. that to implement the request of the United Nations and the results of the meeting with Government Representatives on January 24, 2008, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has set the presidential decree number 4 in 2008 about Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan and the Presidential Decree Number 23 in 2008 about the addition of troops of Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed PoliceUnit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur Preparation, Sudan to Task forces and shipping Units Uniformed Police (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan;
c. that the presence of Uniformed Police Unit task force (FormedPolice Unit/FPU) Indonesia has an important role in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan, so that the United Nations (UN) called on the Government of the Republic of Indonesia is sending back the Unit's Uniformed Police Task Force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan on an ongoing basis until the completion of the peacekeeping mission in Darfur, Sudan;
d. that in connection with the case on the letter a, letter b, letter c, and perceived need to re-arrange the Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan presidential regulation;
Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

Decide: define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ABOUT UNIFORMED POLICE UNIT TASK FORCE (WELL-FORMED POLICE UNIT/FPU) in the PEACEKEEPING MISSION in DARFUR, SUDAN.
Article 1 in regulation this President is the Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) hereinafter referred to as the FPU Indonesia, Garuda Troops Bhayangkara is formed and was commissioned as a Troop Mission in Indonesia FPU Peacekeeping in Darfur, Sudan.

Article 2 the establishment of Indonesia based on the regulations of the FPU's troops the President this is a follow-up and it is a single entity with FPU Indonesia which was formed on the basis of presidential decree number 4 in 2008 about Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan and the Presidential Decree Number 23 in 2008 about the addition of troops of Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur , Sudan.

Article 3 establishment of Army FPU Indonesia implemented in accordance to your needs and at the request of the United Nations.

Article 4 (1) the formation of the Army was undertaken by the head of the Indonesia FPU State police of the Republic of Indonesia.
(2) the establishment of an army FPU Indonesia as intended in paragraph (1) was carried out through: a. Personnel Selection state police of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with j umlah requested by the United Nations;
b. pre Training operations for the implementation of the operational Task Forces FPU Indonesia;
c. the process of procurement of equipment and supplies individuals and entities is required Troops FPU Indonesia.
Article 5 (1) the sending of the troops deployed in the FPU Indonesia peacekeeping mission in Darfur, Sudan as Troops FPU Indonesia replacement for Army FPU Indonesia pulled because time has ended its work, carried out by the head of State police of the Republic of Indonesia.
(2) the provisions concerning the delivery and withdrawal of Troops FPU Indonesia as referred to in subsection (1) is designated by the head of State police of the Republic of Indonesia.
Article 6 the Secretary of State takes the necessary measures and coordinate with the United Nations in the framework of the preparation of troops in Indonesia as well as the FPU process reimbursements from the United Nations for the costs of maintenance and upkeep and infrastructure Forces FPU Indonesia.

Article 7 (1) any costs which are necessary for the implementation of the establishment and activities of the Mission in Indonesia FPU Troops peacekeeping in Darfur, Sudan, charged to: a. Budget revenues and Expenditures of the State for the establishment of the Indonesia Army FPU;
b. the United Nations through the process of reimbursement for the cost of maintenance and upkeep and infrastructure Indonesia FPU Troops in Darfur, Sudan.
(2) in order to finance the formation of the army of FPU Indonesia as intended in paragraph (1) letter a, Finance Ministers coordinate with the head of the State police of the Republic of Indonesia.
(3) in order to finance the maintenance and care of infrastructure Forces through a process of Indonesia reimbursementdari FPU United Nations as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, the Minister of finance is coordinating with the Foreign Minister and the head of the State police of the Republic of Indonesia.
Article 8 the head of the State police of the Republic of Indonesia reported the results of the implementation of the establishment and dispatch of Troops in the mission maintenance Indonesia FPU in Darfur, Sudan, on a regular basis to the President at least 6 (six) months or at any time when necessary.

Article 9 the provisions necessary for the further implementation of the presidential regulation is governed by the Foreign Minister, Finance Minister, and head of the State police of the Republic of Indonesia either in bersamasama or in accordance with its own field of duty respectively.

Article 10 entry into force Rules starting at the time this President: a. FPU Indonesia Troops who are doing the task of peacekeeping mission in Darfur, Sudan still do their job up to the time the task is ended and replaced with FPU Indonesia Replacement formed based on this presidential Regulation;
b. Financing used Troops FPU Indonesia as stated on the letter a, either through the budget of the State Expenditures and Revenues as well as reimbursement from the United Nations unresolved, resolved beforehand in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
Article 11 entry into force Rules starting at the time this President, then: a. Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2008 about Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed Police Unit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan; and b. the Presidential Decree Number 23 in 2008 about the addition of troops of Uniformed Police Unit task force (Well-formed PoliceUnit/FPU) Indonesia in the Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur, Sudan, was revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 12 this presidential regulation comes into force on the date specified.
