15. The scope of the arrangement in the Regulation of this Minister includes: a. membership, the task of the Integrated Team and the Exchange Team swapped the Forest Area

Integrated Team Task and Exchange Team exchanged the Forest Area

The Third Part of the Technical Team and Integrated Team

Section 21 (1) Technical team in doing its duties as referred to in

Article 20 of the paragraph (1), in particular related to spatial data processing supported by the GIS Working Cluster.

(2) The GIS Working Cluster as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of: a. Quality Control (QC); b. GIS Task Force; and c. Supporting Team and Reporting/Secretariat.

(3) Task Force GIS as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter b, has the task: a. Collect and compile data; b. conducting spatial analysis; and c. presents work results in spatial and non-spatial forms.

(4) The Supporting and Reporting/Secretariat teams as referred to in paragraph (2) letter c, have a task: a. Administration setup and equipment for staging the implementation

task force Task Force GIS; and b. Perform coordination with the GIS Task Force in order

Seventh Section Reporting Section 22

(1) Integrated Teams in the most prolonged period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) working days since set by the Minister, conducting research and delivering exposure to the results of the research in the presence of Director General and Eselon I related to the scope of the Ministry of Forestry.

(2) The Report which contains the recommended recommendations as referred to in paragraph (1) delivered by the Chairman of the Integrated Team to the Minister by busan to the Director General.

Article 23 (1) Minister in the longest term of 30 (thirty) working days since

receiving the Team's Integrated Report as referred to in Article 22 of the paragraph (2), performing the final discussion of the results of the integrated research.

(5) the Minister in the most timeframe 7 (7) weekdays since accepting the concept of mail and Decision as referred to in paragraph (3), publish: a. letter on the approval of the forestry substance over the draft regulations

the area about the Provincial Regional Layout Plan; or b. Decisions on Change of the Forest Area and the Functions of the Forest Area

and the Decree on the Provincial Forest Area and the Provincial Waters Conservation Area.

(6) The decision of the Minister as referred to in paragraph (5) the letter b is integrated by the governor in the revision of the provincial administrative plan of the province which is done to be established in provincial regulations.

CHAPTER V WORKDAYS AND INTEGRATED TEAM FINANCING

Part A Team of Integrated Teams and Teams Exchange the Forest Area

(2) The charges as referred to the paragraph (1) refer to to the standard of charge under the terms of the laws.

(3) Charges as referred to in paragraph (1) are managed directly by the applicant or the local government.

CHAPTER VI OF THE TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Article 27 With the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister then: a. A unified team that has been formed prior to the Ministerial Ordinance

revoked and declared no longer applicable. Article 29

The Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry comes into effect on the date of promulgations. In order for everyone to know, the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry was promulsted by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
