Article 3 (1) Integrated Research referred to in article 2 are held by government agencies which have the competence and authority of scientific (scientific authority) together with the other parties concerned. (2) the representatives of the institutions/government agencies designated in the Integrated Teams as referred to in paragraph (1) of at least Class III/b or at least have a work experience of 5 (five) years in the field of work and have the background science and competence required in the implementation of integrated research. Exchange forest area and the release of forest areas; 7. changes to the functions of forest areas; 8. the inaugural forest area; 9. distribution of peat; or 10. the closure of the land based on the latest satellite image interpretation. c. present the data and the map referred to in numbers 2 to letter b with the number 10. (3) the Secretariat referred to in paragraph (2) are assigned by the Director General or a designated official. CHAPTER III MEMBERSHIP and TASKS INTEGRATED in ORDER to RESEARCH CHANGES the FUNCTION of the FOREST AREA is considered part of the PARTIALLY Integrated Team Membership article 8 Integrated Teams in order to study the changing functions of partially forested areas referred to in article 2 letter b of its members come from elements: a. the Indonesia Institute of science; b. (3) the Secretariat referred to in paragraph (2) are assigned by the Director General or a designated official. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2010, no. 380 11 CHAPTER IV membership, DUTIES and IMPLEMENTATION of INTEGRATED TEAMS in ORDER to RESEARCH CHANGES the ALLOCATION and FUNCTIONS of FOREST AREAS for the PROVINCE is considered a part of the Technical Consultation Procedures article 11 (1) change the designation and functions of forest areas for the province is done on the basis of a proposal from the Governor to the Secretary. Article 14 (1) the results of the technical studies over the forested areas of the proposed changes to the allocation and functions as stipulated in article 13 paragraph (2) letter a number 1 includes the following: a. the functions of forest areas; b. the existence and non-forestry activities of forestry; c. the biophysical conditions; and d. socio-economic conditions of communities in and around forested areas. (2) Plan utilization of space over the forested areas of the proposed changes to the allocation and functions as stipulated in article 13 paragraph (2) letter a number 2 includes the plan of utilization space on each section/polygon. Medium term development plan (RPJM) Province; and 3. (4) the Secretary General in writing within 7 (seven) working days from receiving the concept of Minister's decision regarding changes to the Designation and functions of forest areas and the concept of a decision of the Minister of forest areas and conservation of the waters of the province referred to in subsection (1) letter b, convey the concept of a decision to the Minister.
