DECIDED: SET: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON
CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS OF INDUSTRY MINISTER NUMBER 95/M-IND/PER/11/2008 ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMANCE IN THE ORDER OF THE APPLICATION/ENFORCEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS OF INDONESIA (SNI) RAFINATION CRYSTAL SUGAR (SNI 01-3140.2-2006) OBLIGATORY.
Article I Conditions in the Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 95 /M-IND/PER/11/2008 about the Appointment Of The Institution Of Approval Rating In Order To Implement and Supervision Indonesia National Standards (SNI) Sugar Crystal Rafination (SNI) 01-3140.2-2006) Wajib was changed as follows: 1. The provisions of Article 1 as set forth in Appendix I and annex II
The Ordinance of Ministers are referred to be amended to as set forth in Annex I and Annex II of this Minister's Rule.
2. Adding new provisions to Article 2a which reads as follows:

Section 2a Terms of Section 2 for: a. Designation of Product Certification Institution as referred to in
order number 1 (one) up to 7 (seven) Annex I of this Minister Rule and the Laboratory of Testing with a number 1 (one) up to 11 (eleven) Annex II of Regulation This minister applies until with 23 November 2010; and
b. The designation of the Product Certification Institution is referred to in the number 8 (eight) Annex I of the Regulation of this Minister and the Laboratory of the Test with the number 12 (twelve) and 13 (thirteen) Annex II of this Minister's Regulation is valid 2 (two) years since the date of this Minister's Rule.
Article II
The rules of the Minister begin to apply to the date of promulgance. In order for everyone to know, the Minister's Regulation is promulred by its discoverer in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
