CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. CHAPTER III REGISTRATION of PLACES, objects and RESPONSIBILITY of article 3 (1) the registration of the business tourism addressed to Governors or mayors of places tourist area is located. (3) the entrepreneur is obliged to guarantee that documents submitted as referred to in paragraph (2) is valid, correct, and in accordance with the facts. (4) the Governors, Mayor, Governor or Minister of carrying out examination of the completeness, correctness and validity of petition for reactivation of Tourism Business List and Sign the evidence supporting that. (8) the Governors, Mayors, Governors or Ministers include the activation of Alerts List Business Tourism Tourism Businesses to list at least one (1) business day after the petition for reactivation of the registration effort is declared or deemed to be complete, correct and valid. CHAPTER VI SUPERVISION Article 21 (1) Governors, Mayors, Governors and/or the Minister to conduct surveillance in the framework of the registration business of tourism. CHAPTER IX ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS section 24 (1) every entrepreneur who does not meet the conditions referred to in article 8 paragraph (4), article 17 paragraph (4) and/or article 19 paragraph (3) are the first written reprimand. Article 25 (1) every entrepreneur who does not meet the conditions referred to in article 17 paragraph (1) are the first written reprimand. Article 28 of this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
