The cancellation

Article 20

(1) The Regent, Mayor, Governor or Minister invalidate the Register of Tourism Effort if the businessman:

a. Subject to termination of the cessation of termination activities in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;

b. not to continuously host business activities for a term of 1 (one) year or more; or

c. dissolves its efforts.

(2) The Tourism Business Sign Sign is no longer valid if it is cancelled. (3) Employers are required to return the Mark of the List to the Regent,

Mayor, Governor or Minister of the slowest 14 (fourteen) working days after experiencing the same as in verse (1).

CHAPTER VI SUPERVISION

Article 21 (1) of the Regent, Mayor, Governor and/or the Minister conducts oversight

in order to register tourism efforts. (2) Surveillance as referred to in paragraph (1) may include

checks at any time to the field to ensure the suitability of business activities with the Tourism Effort.

BAB VII FUNDING

Article 22 (1) Funding implementation of tourism and surveillance efforts

for county/city level sourced from the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget (APBD) district/city.

(2) Funding for the implementation of tourism and surveillance efforts for provincial levels sourced from the Revenue and Shopping Budget

Region (APBD) province. (3) Funding the implementation of tourism venture registration and for the level

national is sourced from the State Budget and Shopping Budget (APBN).

BAB VIII REPORTING

Article 23 (1) The Regent or Mayor reports the results of the tourism venture registration

to the Governor every 6 (six) months. (2) The governor reported the results of the tourism venture registration to the Minister

every 6 (six) months once. (3) The report as referred to in paragraph (1) includes:

a. the name of the tourism region; b. the location of the tourism area; c. the number of tourism areas; d. changes in the number of tourism regions if compared to

amount in the previous reporting period; and e. explanation of the matter that causes a change in the number of regions

tourism as intended on the letter d, specifically in the event of a reduction.

CHAPTER IX ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION

Article 24 (1) Any businessman who does not meet The provisions in Section 8 of the paragraph (4), Section 17 of the paragraph (4) and/or Article 19 of the paragraph (3) are subject to the first written reprimand.

(2) If in the term of 7 (7) business days after the first written reprimand is given, The businessman does not comply with the terms referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (4), Article 17 of the paragraph (4) and/or Article 19 of the paragraph (3), the businessman is subject to a second written reprimand.

(3) If in the term 3 (3) business days after being granted a second written reprimand, the businessman does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (4), Article 17 of the paragraph (4) and/or Article 19 of the paragraph (3), the registration of tourism efforts is temporarily frozen.

Section 25 (1) Any businessman who does not meet the provisions as intended

in Section 17 of the paragraph (1) is subject to the first written reprimand. (2) If in the event of 30 (thirty) business days after being granted

the first written reprimand, the businessman does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1), the businessman is charged with a second written reprimand.

(3) If In the term 21 (twenty-one) business days after being given a second written reprimand, the businessman does not comply with the provisions as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1), the businessman is charged with a third written reprimand.

(4) If in the timeframe 14 (fourteen) working days after being given a third written reprimand, the businessman does not meets the provisions as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1), the registration of the tourism venture frozen temporary.

CHAPTER X PROVISIONS OF THE TRANSITION

Section 26 (1) The Fixed-current Tourism Licence Permits are in place

employers prior to the establishment of this Minister Rule temporarily treated with the List of Tourism Effort.

(2) Employers who have the Tourism Effort as referred to in paragraph (1), are required to submit a tourism application application application and must have a Sign of the Tourism Effort in time the longest 1 (one) year since the Ordinance of the Minister is set.
