ESTIMATED ADDITIONAL ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF PETROLEUM AND GAS MINING RESOURCES

FOR PROVINCE OF NANGGROE ACEH DARUSSALAM YEAR Budget 2010

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TIED: that to implement the provisions of Article 181 paragraph (3) of the Law No. 11 Year 2006 on the Government of Aceh and Article 27 paragraph (5) Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund, it needs to establish the Financial Minister Regulation on Estimated Allocation Of Funds For Petroleum Resource and Earth Gas Results for Aceh Nangroe Province Darussalam Budget Year 2010;

Establishing FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON ESTIMATES OF ADDITIONAL ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF PETROLEUM AND PETROLEUM MINING RESOURCES FOR THE PROVINCE OF NANGGROE ACEH DARUSSALAM IN THE BUDGET YEAR 2010.

Section 1 (1) Estimated additional Alocation of the Fund for Natural Resources Results which

comes from the Earth Oil and Earth Gas Mining (DBH SDA Migas) for the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam is based on an acceptance plan as was set in Law No. 47 of the Year 2009 on the State Budget and Shopping Year 2010.

(2) The estimated additional allocation of DBH SDA Migas as referred to in paragraph (1) is the size of Rp612.542,382,000.00 (six hundred twelve billion five hundred and forty two million three hundred and eighty-two thousand rupiah), with details as Here's a. The oil of the Earth is 55% (fifty-five percent) of the total estimate of the country's total revenues derived from the Natural Resources of the Earth Oil Province Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, i.e. by Rp295.970.329.000.00 (two hundred and ninety-five billion nine hundred and seventy million three hundred and twenty-nine thousand rupiah); and

b. The estimated additional allocation of DBH SDA derived from Earth Gas Mining is 40% (forty percent) of the total estimate of the country's total revenue derived from the Natural Resources of the Earth Gas Province Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, namely the size of Rp316.572.053.000.00 (three hundred sixteen billion five hundred seventy-two million fifty-three thousand rupiah).

(3) In terms of changes to the assumptions of the macroeconomic indicators as referred to in Law Number 47 of 2009 on the State Budget and Budget Year 2010, then the estimated additional allocation of DBH SDA Migas as referred to in paragraph (2) need to be made an adjustment.

Section 2 (1) additional allocation of DBH SDA Migas to the Aceh Nanggroe Province

(2) Additional delivery of DBH SDA Migas to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam First quarter and second quarter each is conducted by 20% (twenty percent) of the pagu estimated allocation as intended in Article 1 of the paragraph (2).

(3) Additional distribution of DBH SDA Migas to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province as referred to in paragraph (2) is further taken into account with the realization of the receipt of DBH SDA Migas of the third quarter and fourth quarter.

(4) The Alignment additional DBH SDA Migas to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised based on calculation through a data reconciliation mechanism between the Central Government and the producing regions.

(5) Tata method of copying additional allocation of DBH SDA Migas to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province exercised in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
