ABOUT THE CHANGE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S DECISION

NUMBER 46 /KMK.013/ 1992 ON THE TERMS AND MAGNITUDE OF THE OLD DAY SAVINGS AND THE DEATH INSURANCE

FOR STATE OFFICIALS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE FINANCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that under the Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 46 /KMK.013/ 1992 has done arrangements regarding the requirements and the magnitude of the Savings and Death Insurance for State Officials;

b. That along with the policy changes in the institutional area of the country, especially with the release of several new State Officials, the Inclusion Of The Elderly and Death Insurance for State Officials in the Decree of the Minister of Finance. The number 46 /KMK.013/ 1992 needs to be adjusted;

c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Changes to the Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 46 /KMK.013/ 1992 about

Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms of the State and Bureaucracy Number: B/441/M. PAN-RB/2/ 2010 dated February 25, 2010;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON

CHANGES TO THE DECISION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 46 /KMK.013/ 1992 ON THE TERMS AND MAGNITUDE OF THE OLD DAY SAVINGS AND THE DEATH INSURANCE FOR STATE OFFICIALS.

Article I provisions of Article 1 of the Finance Minister's Decision Number 46 /KMK.013/ 1992 on the Requirements and Magnitude Savings of Old Days and Death Insurance For State Officials, amended so that Article 1 becomes the following:

Article 1 In Regulation of the Minister of Finance this is referred to:

1. Participants are State Officials as referred to in the 1999 Invite-Invite Number 43 Year on Changes to the Law No. 8 Act 1974 on the PoyPokok Officers, Act

Number 24 of 2003 on Constitutional Court, and Law No. 22 of 2004 on the Judicial Commission, that is:

a. President and Vice President; b. Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the People's Consultative Assembly; c. Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the House of Representatives; d. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Young Chairman, and Supreme Court Justice; e. Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Financial Examiner ' s Board; f. The Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Associate Justice of the Constitutional Court; g. Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Judicial Commission; h. The Minister and the office are as level as the Minister; i. Chief Representative of the Republic of Indonesia in foreign countries

as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Full-Power; j. Governor and Deputy Governor; k. Regent/Mayor and Vice Regent/Deputy Mayor; l. Other State officials are determined by the law.

2. P is the last earnings of a month to be the basis of a premium cut.

3. A wife/husband is an Eligible Participant's wife/husband according to the law, which is recorded in the family list of the agency in question.

4. A child is a legitimate child of an Participant or a child/child who is authorized according to the law listed in the family list in the respective instance.

5. MI was a time since becoming an Participant until it was dismissed as an Participant.

6. B is the number of months calculated since the days of dues have reached 5 (five) years. MI is less than 5 (five) years of B=0.

Article II

This Finance Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to take effect on the date of the promulctest.
