Draw: that to implement the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (5) Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund, it needs to establish the Finance Minister Regulation on the Estimated Allocation Of Funds For The Natural Resources Outcome Budget Year 2010;

DECIDED:
Establits: THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES RESULTS OF THE 2010 BUDGET YEAR.
section 1 (1) The allocation of funds for the results of the Natural Resources for each-
Region of the Budget Year 2010 is an estimate. (2) The allocation of funds for the Natural Resources product as
is referred to in paragraph (1), derived from the receipt of the Forest Expediency Business Permit, Provision of the Forest Resources, and the Rebozation Fund.
Section 2 (1) Alocation of the Fund For Results Natural Resources for Forestry as
referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) was compiled under the Law No. 47 of 2009 on the State Budget and Shopping Year 2010 Budget.

(2) The allocation of funds for the Natural Resources output as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is set to be smaller than the pagu as specified in the Law Number 47 Year 2009 of the Budget Income and Shopping of the State of the Year of Budget 2010 and in accordance with the Decree of Minister of Forestry Number: SK.808/Menhut-II/2009 on the Designation Of Producing Regions And The Basis For The Calculation Of The Funds For Results (DBH) Of The Forestry Sector Natural Resources for 2010.
(3) The allocation of funds for the Natural Resources ' output as referred to in Article 1 of paragraph (1) is as large as Rp1,039,228,977,759.00 (one trillion thirty nine billion two hundred twenty-eight million nine hundred seventy-seven thousand seven hundred and fifty-nine rupiah) with details as follows: a. The Forest Utilization Effort is the amount of
Rp15,792,800.000.00 (fifteen billion seven hundred ninety-two million eight hundred thousand rupiah);
b. The Forest Resource Provision is Rp477,714,791.239.00 (four hundred seventy-seven billion seven million seven million seven hundred and ninety-one thousand two hundred and thirty-nine rupiah); and;
c. The Rebozation Fund was the size of Rp545,721,386,520.00 (five hundred and forty-five billion seven hundred and twenty-one million three hundred and eighty-six thousand five hundred and twenty-five thousand).
(4) The allocation of funds for the results of the 2010 Budget Year Natural Resources for provincial and county/municipal areas is as set forth in the Inseparable Attachment of this Financial Minister Regulation.
Article 3 (1) The funding for Forest Natural Resources has been implemented
quarterly. (2) The distribution of funds for Forest Natural Resources results as
referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised based on calculation through the data reconciliation mechanism between the Central Government and the producing regions.
(3) Tata the way The distribution of funds for Forestry Natural Resources is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 4 (1) In case of pagu List of Budgeting Implementation of the estimated allocation
The Fund for the 2010 Budget Year Natural Resources specified in one Budget Year is insufficient needs or realisation exceeds the pagu in the Budget Implementation Filling List, then it can be carried out as the realization of acceptance after revision.
(2) In terms of the calculation of the Fund for the Natural Resources Results of the Year The 2010 Budget exceeded the pagu as specified in Law Number 47 of the Year 2009 On the Budget and State Shopping of the Budget of the Year of the 2010 Budget, it could be carried out after receiving approval from the Minister of Finance.
Article 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance came into effect on the date of the promulgwire. In order for everyone to know, order the authoring of the Minister of Finance Regulation with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
