ABOUT
THE PREPOSITION GUIDELINES FOR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE CIVIL CIVIL CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE CLASS I AND II
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to further improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the hosting and graduates of Education and Training of the Prepost of Civil Servants Civil Servants Group I and II is seen needing to perfect the Sponsorship Guidelines of Prepost Pretenancy Civil servants of Group I and II;
B. that the consummation as intended in the letter a, is defined by the Rule of the Head of the State Administration Institution;
Remembering: 1. Act No. 8 of 1974 on the PoyPokok Keemployers (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Supplementary Sheet Republic Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by the 1999 Act Number 43 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3890);
2. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
3. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Governing Law (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4437) as has been twice amended by the Act of 2008 Number 12 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 59, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4844);
4. Government Regulation No. 101 Year 2000 on Education and Training of the Office of Civil Servers (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2000 Number 198, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4019);
5. Presidential Decree No. 34 of 1972 on the Functional Responsibility of Education and Exercise;
6. Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the Position, Duties, Authority, Organizational Arrangement and the Working Governance of the Non-Department of the Government as it has been several times amended, lastly with the Presidential Regulation No. 64 of 2005;
7. Presidential Decree Number 110 of 2001 on Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Institute of Non-Department Government as it has been several times amended, last with Presidential Regulation Number 52 of 2005;
8. Decree of the Head of the State Administration Institute Number 193/XIII/10/6/2001 on the General Guidelines of Education and Training of the Office of the Civil Service of the Civil Service;
9. Decree of the Head of the State Administration Board Number 4 Year 2004 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the State Administration as amended last amended by the Rule of the Head of State Administration Institution Number 5 Year 2011;
10. State Administration Council Regulation No. 2 Year 2008 on the Guidelines of Accreditation and Certification of the Institution of Education and Government Training;
DECIDED:
SET: THE RULE OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AGENCY ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE HOLDING OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PREPOST OF CIVIL CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE GROUP I AND II.
Section 1
The Guidelines for Education and Training of the Prepost of the Civil Servants Of The Civil Servants Group I and II are called the Guidelines as contained in this Attachment, and are an integral part of the Ordinance. this.
Section 2
The guideline as referred to in Article 1, used as a reference in the implementation of the Education and Training (Diklat) program of the Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) of the Group I and II by the State Administration and/or Institution of Diklat Government accredited.
Section 3
By the enactment of this Regulation, then the Regulation of the Head of State Administration of State No. 18 of 2010 on the Guidelines of Education and Training of the Prepost of Civil Servants Of The Civil Servants Group I, II and III is declared to be not applicable.
Section 4
The provisions of implementation as a follow-up to this Regulation and the matters relating to the leniency of the Prapositions of CPNS Golongan I and II are completed no later than one year since the rule is promullated.
Section 5
Implementation of the Regulation is performed effectively beginning the one January month of the year two thousand thirteen (1 January 2013).
Section 6
This rule comes into effect from the date of the invitation.
