MINISTER OF RELIGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing in: that in order to increase the effectiveness of the work and the increase in the ethicization of structural posts to the Bureau in the environment of the Islamic Religious Institute of Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon, it needs to establish the Minister of Religious Affairs on the High Change Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 7 of 2010 on the Organization and Work of the Islamic Religious Institute of Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon;

3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2010 on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of Eselon 1 Ministry of State;
5. Religious Affairs Minister Regulation No. 7 of 2010 on the Organization and Tata Works of the Islamic Religious Institute of Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon;
6. Religious Minister Regulation Number 10 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Tata Ministry of Religion (State News of the Republic of Indonesia of 2010 Number 592);
Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister's approval of the State of Personnel and Reform and Bureaucracy in letter number: B/594-1/M. PAN-RB/2/2011, February 28, 2011;
DECIDED:
Establish: RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE CHANGES TO THE RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION NUMBER 7 OF 2010 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE OF ISLAM SHEIKH NURJATI CIREBON.
Section I
Amend the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 7 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Islamic Religious Institute of Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon by adding new provisions as follows:
Between BAB IX and BAB X are inserted 1 (one) chapters and 1 (one) chapters, namely BAB IX A and Section 63 A thus it reads as follows:
BAB IX A
ETHYONIZATION
Article 63 A
(1) The head of the Bureau is the Structural Office of Eselon II.a.
(2) The Head of Section is the Structural Office of Eselon III.a.
(3) Subsection Chief is the Structural Office of Eselon IV.a.
