(4) the duties and responsibilities of the Government district/city in aid of PSU as referred to in subsection (1) include the following: a. the proposed help PSU to the provincial government lifted to the Ministry; b. to conduct surveillance and control of the aid of PSU; c. allocating a budget for construction of the PSU on the housing and settlement area through the Fund budget revenue and expenditure of the regional district/city; d. coordinate monitoring and control results help PSU to the Ministry through the provincial government; e. synergize development programs at PSU housing and settlements; f. do coaching help PSU. (3) technical requirements for drainage include: a. the provision of drainage infrastructure and complementary buildings on housing and settlements; b. provision of drainage channel environment; and c. the technical criteria: 1) drainage channel is open channels are equipped with complementary buildings; 2) drainage system must be connected with the receiver, so that the body of water drainage can function properly, and the stability of the undisturbed component recipients; 3) body of water recipient can be a river, sea, ponds, lakes and drainage areas/urban; and 4) provisions on the technical criteria of the road according to applicable technical guidelines. (4) the technical requirements for waste water include the following: a. the provision of infrastructures and means of waste water on the housing and settlements; b. development of communal wastewater infrastructure; c. technical criteria: 1) land for communal wastewater disposal infrastructures already available; 2) placement of waste water treatment Installations (IPAL) can be placed at locations that have been planned or on the location of open green space (TELEGINEN), or on the road, having regard to the strength and security of construction; 3) waste water supply systems, waste water network and includes IPAL; 4) infrastructure and means of disposal of the waste water should be oriented to the needs of communities, environmental sustainability and ease in operation; and 5) planning, development, operation and maintenance of wastewater disposal systems in compliance to applicable technical guidelines (5) the technical requirements for persampahan include: a. the provision of infrastructures and means of persampahan that serves the region's environment and scale; b. manufacture of garbage processing place; c. to pig sty alley lease the trash/waste while (TPS) in the form of communal landfills; and d. the technical criteria for persampahan according to applicable technical guidelines. (6) technical requirements for drinking water include: a. available drinking water network which can serve/connected with residential location (tapping of the pipe TAPS); b. in case not available network TAPS, then can be given on the source of drinking water such as the manufacture of the well bore; c. provision of means, including a communal drinking water distribution network, the shelter, tank pump house; and d. the technical criteria for drinking water in compliance to applicable technical guidelines. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id


-9-(7) technical requirements for public street lighting (PJU) include: a. electrical source available sourced from PT. PLN or other power source; b. construction of a distribution network in new housing or PJU development of existing housing, including: transformers, Poles, lights, and electrical distribution cables of other electrical sources nor PLN; c. placement PJU in housing on the road environment, footpaths and parks; d. If the housing is already available in the electricity distribution network, but haven't there PJU, then the electrical distribution network can be utilized as a means of placing the PJU; e. placement distance between PJU can provide sufficient lighting with efficient electrical power; and f. the technical criteria for public street lighting in compliance to applicable technical guidelines. (8) technical requirements for parking at pig sty alley lease include: a. the land for a parking lot has been ripening; b. the parking lot intended for two-wheel vehicle parking; c. parking spaces are four-wheeled vehicles are intended only for temporary parking; d. development of a parking lot could use concrete or paving blocks; and e. the technical criteria for parking according to applicable technical guidelines. Article 13 (1) help PSU equipped with DED or technical specifications. (2) the DED or technical specifications referred to in paragraph (1) of the mandatory approval of the technical authority. CHAPTER VI IMPLEMENTING Section implementation of Union Aid PSU articles 14 (1) the implementation of the assistance committed by the PSU Housing Development Center or other work units appointed by the Minister.
