Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 522, 2011 REGULATIONS the MINISTER of NATIONAL EDUCATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 37 in 2011 TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS the USE of SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND (DAK) FIELD of EDUCATION FISCAL YEAR 2011 for the ENHANCEMENT of the QUALITY of EDUCATION in the MIDDLE SCHOOL/JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL OUTSTANDING (JUNIOR/SMPLB) with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of NATIONAL EDUCATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that according to article 59 paragraph (1) the Government Regulation Number 55 in 2005 about the Equalization Fund Technically, the Minister has the authority to establish the technical instructions of use of Special Allocation Funds based allocation and Special Allocation Funds General guidelines established by the Minister of finance;
b. that based on article 4 of the regulation of Minister of national education the number 33 in 2011 about the technical instructions the use of Special Allocation Fund (DAK) fiscal year 2011 Education for middle school/junior high school Outstanding (JUNIOR/SMPLB), standards and technical specifications associated with improved quality of education is regulated in the Ministerial Regulation individually;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the regulation of the Minister of national education concerning the Technical Instructions of use of Special Allocation Fund (DAK) field of education fiscal year 2011 for the enhancement of the quality of education in the middle school/junior high school Outstanding (JUNIOR/SMPLB);

DECIDING SET: REGULATION of the MINISTER of NATIONAL EDUCATION CONCERNING the TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS of USE of SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND (DAK) FIELD of EDUCATION FISCAL YEAR 2011 for the ENHANCEMENT of the QUALITY of EDUCATION in the MIDDLE SCHOOL/JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL OUTSTANDING (JUNIOR/SMPLB).
Article 1 educational enhancement Program JUNIOR/SMPLB through the fiscal year 2011 DAK is to: a. procurement Tool laboratories;

b. language laboratory Tool;

c. Mathematical Equipment;

d. Equipment IPS;

e. Arts Equipment;

f. Equipment of physical education, health and sports;

g. library books; and h. the means of ICT education and multimedia interactive learning.

Article 2 use of DAK as referred to in article 1 is carried out in accordance with the provisions in Annex I and annex II of this regulation of the Minister.

Article 3 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date specified.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
