CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Training RBPMD Office Functional Supervisor of Government Training for participants of the formation of the Government Trustees; b. training and education RBPMD Office of the Superintendent of Government For Functional Training level of our Young Participants; and c. RBPMD Office of Government Watchdogs Functional Training For participants of the Training level of our Associate. (2) RBPMD as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in the appendix as part of which is inseparable from the regulation of the Minister. (2) the Governor formed a team to carry out an evaluation of the post-secondary Education Governance Watchdog on the territory of the province. (3) the Bupati/Walikota formed a team to carry out an evaluation of the post-secondary Education Governance Watchdog on the district/city. (4) the evaluation of postgraduate Training as referred to in paragraph (1), include: a. placement b. alumni alumni performance; and c. the suitability of the training materials with the task. Article 14 (1) Team as stipulated in article 13 paragraph (1), consisting of elements: a. the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of the Interior; b. the Inspectorate-General of the Ministry of the Interior; and c. education and training agency of the Ministry of the Interior. (2) the team as stipulated in article 13 paragraph (2), consisting of the elements of the Secretariat: a. the area of the province; b. the Provincial Inspectorate; and c. the provincial education and training Bodies or other designations. (3) the team as stipulated in article 13 paragraph (3), consisting of elements: a. the Secretariat of the regional district/city; b. Inspectorate district/city; and c. education and training agency of the district/city or other designations. Article 15 (1) team as referred to in article 14 paragraph (1), established by decision of the Minister of the Interior. CHAPTER X COACHING and SUPERVISION article 16 (1) the Minister of the Interior through the education and training Bodies doing coaching against the implementation of the education watchdog of Government. Article 17 the Minister of the Interior through the Inspectorate General to conduct surveillance against the implementation of the regulation of the Minister. CHAPTER XI FUNDING to article 18 (1) the Organization of the Training Supervisors of Government Funding charged to: a. Budget revenues and Expenditures of the State for the Organization of training and education education and training by the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of education and training Agency/Non Governmental Ministry or other designation; b. income and Budget Shopping area of the province for conducting Training by Training other designations or Province; and c.
