CHANGE IN USE OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION MINISTRY NAME
BEING MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under Presidential Regulation No. 77 of 2011 on the Second Amendment of the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, the name of the Ministry of National Education was changed to Ministry of Education and Culture;
B. that based on the consideration as intended on the letter a, it needs to establish the Education and Culture Minister ' s Regulation on the Change of Use of the Name of the Ministry of National Education Into Ministry of Education and Culture;
Given: 1. Presidential Regulation 47 Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 77 of 2011;
2. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
DECIDED:
establish: The Rules of Minister of Education and Culture on the Change of Use of the Ministry of Education ' s name to the ministry of education and culture.
Section 1
The name of the Ministry of National Education used on the head of mail, office stamp, signage, badge, diploma, service marks and awards, as well as other documents and identities enacted and issued by the Ministry of Education. National Education was changed under the name of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Article 2
The change of name of the Ministry of National Education into the Ministry of Education and Culture as referred to in Article 1 was completed most slowly on 31 December 2011.
Section 3
At the start of the Ordinance of this Minister all use of the name of the Ministry of National Education on the head of a letter, stamp duty/stamp of office, name board, badge, diploma, sign of merit and awards, and other documents and identities that had existed before 1 January 2012 was declared to remain justified.
Section 4
With the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister Regulation the National Education Minister Number 1 of 2010 on Change of Use of the Name of the Department of National Education Becoming the Ministry of National Education is declared not to apply.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister came into force on 18 October 2011.
