ABOUT
THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
AT THE ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the State of the Republic of Indonesia is a member of the Islamic Development Bank which has the obligation to lease a number of funds as an inclusion of state capital;
B. that in order to maintain the magnitude of the percentage of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia on the Islamic Development Bank and to carry out the obligations as referred to in the letter a, it is necessary to increase the inclusion of state capital on Islamic Bank Development;
c. that under consideration as intended in the letter a and the letter b and to carry out the terms of
Section 30 paragraph (2) of the Law No. 10 Year 2010 on the State Budget and Shopping The 2011 Budget Year as amended by Law Number 11 of 2011 on Changes to the Law Number 10 Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2011, the need to establish Government Regulation about the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia on Islamic Development Bank;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

Act Number 1 Year 2004 of the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

Act Number 10 of the Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2011 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 108, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 126) as has been amended by Law No. 11 of the Year 2011 on Changes to the 2010 Act Number 10 on the State Budget and State Shopping 2011 Budget (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 81, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Number 5233);
DECIDED:
Establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TO THE ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion on the Islamic Development Bank whose membership was established with Presidential Decree No. 5 of 1975 on Ratializing The
agreement establishing the Islamic Development Bank at Jeddah.
Section 2
(1) The addition of the inclusion of the country's capital inclusion as referred to in Article 1 of the most Rp117,498,312.243.00 (one hundred seventeen billion four hundred and ninety-eight million two hundred and forty-three thousand rupiah) or equivalent to ID7.736.853, 95 (seven million seven hundred thirty-six thousand eight hundred and fifty-three islamic dinars ninety-five cents).
(2) The addition of the inclusion of the country capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year of Budget 2011.
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of a state capital inclusion on the Islamic Development Bank as referred to in Article 1 is done by the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
