PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Stockpiling: a. That in order to meet the educated workforce and to realize the quality of human resources in the field of Christian science, it needs to establish the Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara as a community college. the Ministry of Religious Affairs;
B. that Kupang Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara is a diversion from Kupang Christian High School managed by the Founder Institute of the Christian Religious High School which the diversion of his assets has been done by Founding Board of the College of Religious Christianity Kupang to the Minister of Religious Affairs in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;
c. that on the basis of consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, it is necessary to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Establishment of the Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara;

DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL OF THE CHRISTIAN PUBLIC RELIGION, NUSA TENGGARA EAST.
Section 1
(1) With the Regulation of this President, established the Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara.
(2) Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara is a community college in the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Section 2
Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara organizes education in the field of Christian Religious Sciences.
Section 3
(1) All the necessary financing for the hosting of the Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara is charged to the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
(2) The Local Government may assist in financing as referred to in paragraph (1) in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
On the beginning of the Presidential Regulation, all the wealth, students, rights, and obligations of the High School of the Christian Kupang were transferred to wealth, students, rights, and the obligation of the High School of the Christian Religion of Kupang, Nusa Tenggara. East.
Section 5
At the beginning of the Presidential Regulation, all the employees who worked at the Christian High School, Kupang's College of Religion, continued to perform their duties until the status of the employment concerned with the rules of the law. The laws.
Section 6
The designation of the employment status as referred to in Section 5 is exercised as follows:
(1) Religious High School employee of Kupang who is a member of the State Civil Service who was employed at Kupang Christian High School can be transferred to his status as a Central Civil Service Officer and assigned to the Religious High School The Christian Land of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara;
(2) High School employees of the Christian Kupang who are statable non-civil servants can be appointed as the Candidate for the Central Civil Service to meet the requirements in accordance with the provisions of the laws, and are assigned to Kupang State Christian High School, East Nusa Tenggara.
Section 7
Further provisions are required for the implementation of the Regulation of this President, governed by the Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Personnel Minister of Personnel and the Reform of the bureaucracy, the Minister of Finance, and the Head of the State Board of Personnel, both together. nor alone in accordance with the fields of its duties each with regard to the provisions of the laws.
