FOURTEENTH: Further provisions necessary for the implementation of the Presidential Decree are set by the Leadership of the ASEAN National Committee of the National Committee;
THIRTEEN: The President ' s decision comes into effect on the set date.

East Asian Nations (ASEAN) dated 8 April 2010 in Hanoi, Vietnam, had established Indonesia as Chairman of ASEAN in 2011;
B. that based on the decision of the 17th ASEAN Summit on 30 October 2010, in Hanoi, Vietnam, Indonesia has officially accepted the post of ASEAN Chairman of 2011;
c. that in connection with this, the Government of Indonesia has a responsibility as well as Article 31 and Article 32 of the ASEAN Charter;
D. that as Chairman of ASEAN Year 2011 Indonesia will host the 18th ASEAN Summit in May 2011 in Jakarta and the 19th ASEAN Summit as well as the Other Related High-Level Conference on the month October/November 2011 in Bali;
e. that the theme of Indonesia for ASEAN in 2011 is "ASEAN Community in a Global Community of Nations";
f. that to succeed Indonesia's leadership in ASEAN in 2011 as referred to in letters a, letter b, letter c, and letter d, it is necessary to form the Indonesian National Committee for ASEAN in 2011;

DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS IN 2011.
KESATU: Shaping the Indonesian National Committee for the
Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) in 2011, which is to be called the ASEAN National Committee of the Sincerity;
SECOND: The ASEAN National Committee of ASEAN is based in the State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia;
Third: The ASEAN National Committee has a task:
a. Plan, prepare, coordinate and organize activities in order to support the implementation of the duties and obligations of the President of the Republic of Indonesia as Chairman of ASEAN Year 2011;
B. Making preparations and staging of the ASEAN ke- 18 Summit activities in May 2011 in Jakarta and the 19th ASEAN Summit as well as the Other Related High Level Conference in October/November 2011 in Bali It is best to walk safely, smoothly, and orderly.
C. Work closely with other countries, international organizations, regional and other bodies for the agility of hosting activities as referred to in letter a and letter b;
D. Build and prepare a budget plan for activities as referred to in the letter a and letter b;
FOURTH: The ASEAN National Committee is led by Pengarah;
KELIMA: In carrying out its daily duties, the Pengarah is assisted by the Substance Act, the Media and Public Relations Responsibilities, and the Managing Director of the High-Level Conference;
SIXTH: THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF THE ASEAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF:
a. Direction:
1. President of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia.
B. Member of the Direction:
1. Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Fields;
2. Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs;
3. Coordinating Minister for People ' s Welfare Field;
4. Dr.N. HassanWirajuda, member of the Presidential Advisory Board of the President of Foreign/International Relations.
C. The Handler: Foreign Minister Of Substance
D. Representative Responsible For Substance:
1. Trade Minister;
2. Defence Minister;
3. National Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency.
e. The Minister of Communications and Informatics Media and Public Relations.
f. Deputy Penanggung: Minister for Culture and Tourism Affairs Media and Public Relations.
G. In Charge: The Secretary Of State Secretary Of The High-level Conference.

Seventh: the Substance Responsibilities under the Secretariat and the 4th (four) Field of the Political and Security Community of ASEAN, the Field of ASEAN Economic Community, the Field of ASEAN Cultural Social Communities, and the ASEAN Cooperation and Wicara Cooperation Fields. with the membership arrangement as set forth in the Lampi ran this Presidential Decree;
EIGHTH: Media and Community Relations Responsibilities are assisted by some members;
Ninth: The Managing Director of the Higher Level Conference oversees the Secretariat and 5 (five) Fields of the Court of Events, the Field of Safety, Protocol and Consular Fields, Accommodation and Logistics Support, and the Administration Field. and Finance with the membership arrangement as set forth in this President's Decision Attachment;
TENTH: In support of the ASEAN National Committee, the ASEAN Team is formed by the Consistency Team in the Field of Substance and the Managing Field of the Summit with a membership arrangement as set forth in the Presidential Decree. This;
ELEVENTH: To assist in the implementation of the ASEAN National Panitia tasks, can be formed by the Managing Committee at the Ministry/Institute level and the Regional Government appointed by the respective leaders of the Ministry/Institute and the Regional Government;
TWELFTH: In carrying out the task as referred to in the third dictum, the ASEAN National Committee may include, cooperate, and/or coordinate with various instances of the Central or Regional Government, as well as other parties. including private ones deemed necessary;
