IN COUNTY TERRITORIAL WATERS

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD, IT IS REGENT. BULUNGAN,

ARREST TRAWLER HELA IN THE COUNTY ' S TERRITORIAL WATERS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Area Regulation, it is referred to: 1. Area is Bulungan Regency. 2. Local Government is the holding of government affairs

CHAPTER II IMPLEMENTATION

Article 2 The fishing activity in the waters of Bulungan Regency can be carried out by using a fishing trawler measuring up to 5 (five) Gross Tonnage (GT).

Article 3 (1) The operating area of the trawler hela consists of:

a. line I, covering the waters above 1 (one) mile up to 4 (four) miles measured from the lowest ebb at low ebb;

. Line II, covering the waters above 4 (four) miles up to 12 (twelve) miles measured from the lowest ebb at low ebb.

CHAPTER III PROHIBITION

CHAPTER IV OF THE INVESTIGATION PROVISIONS

a criminal offence in the field of fisheries, in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(4) Investigators as referred to in paragraph (1) notify the start of the investigation and deliver the results of its inquiry to the Public Prosecutor via the Investigator of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Criminal Code Law.

CHAPTER V CRIMINAL PROVISIONS

Article 13 (1) Any person or legal entity of Indonesia that violates the provisions

in Article 2, Article 3, Section 4, Section 5, Section 6, Section 7 and Section 11, threatened with a penultimate criminal confinement 3 (three) months or a fine of the most Rp.50,000,000,-(five 20 million rupees.)

CHAPTER VI OF THE ADMINISTRATION SANCTION

BAB VII SUPERVISION
