CHAPTER II IMPLEMENTATION

Article 2 The fishing activity in the waters of Bulungan Regency can be carried out by using a fishing trawler measuring up to 5 (five) Gross Tonnage (GT).

Article 3 (1) The operating area of the trawler hela consists of:

a. line I, covering the waters above 1 (one) mile up to 4 (four) miles measured from the lowest ebb at low ebb;

. Line II, covering the waters above 4 (four) miles up to 12 (twelve) miles measured from the lowest ebb at low ebb.

CHAPTER IV OF THE INVESTIGATION PROVISIONS

b. Research, search, and collect information about persons or bodies about the correctness of actions committed in connection with the field of fisheries in the field of fisheries;

c. Request information and evidence from a private person or Agency in connection with a criminal offence in the field of fisheries;

d. Check out books, records, and other documents with regard to criminal acts in the field of fisheries;

e. Conducting a search warrant for bookkeeping, logging, and other documents, and confiscation of the evidence against the evidence;

f. Requesting expert power assistance in order to perform criminal investigation duties in the field of fisheries;

g. Make a stop and/or prohibit a person from leaving the room or place at the time of examination ongoing and checking the identity of the person, object, and/or document that is brought;

h. Photographing a person related to a criminal offence in the field of fisheries,;

i. Calling people to be heard of his attachment and being examined as a suspect or a witness;

j. Stop the investigation; and/or k. Conduct other actions that need to smooth the investigation

a criminal offence in the field of fisheries, in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(4) Investigators as referred to in paragraph (1) notify the start of the investigation and deliver the results of its inquiry to the Public Prosecutor via the Investigator of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Criminal Code Law.

CHAPTER V CRIMINAL PROVISIONS

Article 13 (1) Any person or legal entity of Indonesia that violates the provisions

in Article 2, Article 3, Section 4, Section 5, Section 6, Section 7 and Section 11, threatened with a penultimate criminal confinement 3 (three) months or a fine of the most Rp.50,000,000,-(five 20 million rupees.)

(2) In addition to the criminal as referred to in paragraph (1), it may also be subject to administrative sanction and other criminal sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.

CHAPTER VI OF THE ADMINISTRATION SANCTION

BAB VII SUPERVISION
